Such a good price and does what the chiropactor says i need it to do. I need to wear it in only 1 shoe. Can only wear it in certain shoes and sticky doesn't last but I make it work. They are comfortable.
It’s too thin, I need to return it.

These heal lifts work great. I have tried several brands before these, and these are one of the best. they are comfortable and they stay in place in my boots. Most other ones are comfortable but don't stay in place and slide deeper into my shoes or just the opposite, they are not comfortable but stay in place. love these heal lifts. would highly recommend.

Wow, where do I start.Whether your just buying them for a lift, or you need a gelled heal for Achilles Tendonitis etc... don't bother wasting your hard earned money.Why? Two reasons. First, and more importantly, they're DANGEROUSLY NARROW! Even if you get the right size, it will not fit properly under your foot. So no matter what height you purchase, you will wobble while walking on it. Kind of like a female who doesn't wear high heels, trying to for the first time. They could easily cause you to injure yourself!Secondly... because they're so ridiculously narrow there is absolutely NO SUPPORT!You'll just end up hurting yourself even more! Who wants that?I'm not happy AT ALL!I just don't understand how they can be rated as high as they are! I even tried two different heights thinking if one might not have enough thickness to support the heel the thicker one might. (Snort) Yeah right! If I could get a complete refund with no questions asked I'd do it In a heartbeat. Because it's a 30 minute drive to the closest location to return their trash!!Bottom line? Save yourself some time, injury, and heartbreak and continue your search. Cause this is NOT the one!

I have a terrible heel spur in my left heel. I bought 1 inch heel cushions to help. I will say the angle helps the positioning of my foot (I have high arches) to stretch the fascia, but the inserts are so hard and stiff! If you are looking for something to soften the blow of your heel hitting the ground, these are not it. Great to force a nice stretch which does reduce the pain, but terrible at easing pain that's already there.

I ordered one pair and put them in my shoes and was so pleased with the relief it provided, I ordered another pair, and a flatter pair for my slippers. The padding is good and height elevates my heel which keeps my Achilles Tendonitis from fully flexing so it can heal a bit. The adhesive on the back wore off quickly, but putting them underneath another shoe liner keeps them in place. I feel they were worth what I paid, especially on Amazon bonus days.
