These saved my Doc Martens. I have several pairs of docs, and two pair of them have become almost unwearable because they will have my heels bleeding within about 5 minutes of walking.These heel pads are the perfect size and cushion, but most importantly they are extremely sticky. The inside of my boots are raw, rough-out leather, and other guards always come off. These are holding strong and haven’t slid at all!Great value and quality! I’ll definitely be purchasing more!

They're simple but effective. They're really comfortable, not too big or small. They were really easy to apply and haven't shifted since I put them on, they adhere great. It's supportive, and now I don't get blisters on my heels when I wear my shoes.

i got these for my docs- i have worn down my docs to the point the heel is just plastic now. I got these to help but they only made me blister more. I don’t know if i just have to get used to the strips being there and the blisters will go away but they are giving me blisters. The adhesive is really really good though so that’s why i give it a 3. If your heels aren’t sensitive, i would try this product.

I’ve been needing something like these to avoid the back of my ankles getting chewed up, especially by my beloved new vans. Sticking these on real quick completely worked with no issues and have stayed on and work with over a dozen uses of the shoes. Great price for quality and quantity. Do it and save your ankles!Also put these on some of my flats that were chewing my ankle, but were also slightly too big and it cushioned enough that they Fit perfectly now so that’s a plus haha

Not the most comfortable, but easy to install and if you need a bit more help it is easy to stack these. When I placed mine in the wrong spot originally, it was easy to remove and replace. Good quality, mine have held up for about 4 months so far and have stayed in place. I like the color options to match different shoes. Worth the money for an easy fix.

My feet are wide at the front but narrow at the heel, so I purchase "wide" women's shoes sometimes for comfort. Unfortunately, often they slip at the heel. This product has helped with that. The quality is great, and the value for the numbers of pairs provided is also very good. I like that the offer includes two colors, so that I can match them to my shoes. Because they are cushiony (a good thing), they show a little bit if they are placed high up on the back of the heel. Not a big deal when they stop your heel from slipping out of your shoe while wslking!

Been using this product for the past 3 weeks and is definitely serving the purpose. My shoe foam was getting worn at the heel due to regular walking. After I started using these liners, the wearing had lessened as well as is comfortable in the heel. Probably would have to replace the liners after a while but still worth it as it has given the shoes a new lease of life and don't have to get a new pair of shoes anytime soon.

The Back of Heel Protectors Cushions definitely do the job when it comes to protecting your heels from blisters and irritation. They’re super soft and provide a nice cushion, but here’s the thing—they can feel a bit bulky, especially if you’re wearing shoes that are already tight. It’s like your heel is getting a little too pampered. So, while they work well, they might not be the most comfortable if you’re on your feet all day. Still, for the price, they’re totally worth it for the protection! Just maybe don’t wear them in super snug shoes.

I think the intended use is to make high heels slightly less unbearable, but I found it very useful for another purpose. Many of my shoes wear out on the inside heel upper before any place else, despite my efforts to be careful to fully unlace before taking them off or putting them on. And putting a pair of these on the heels when they start to go has prolonged the life of several pairs of shoes and boots by quite an extraordinary amount for such a cheap fix--a couple years so far, in at least one case (bought these first in 2021). It's not magic, and if there's an enormous tear it won't work, but it's a pretty impressive adhesive and does its job well. (For that reason, be careful to get it in the right spot the first time!) And the cushioning makes them quite comfortable as well. I don't generally have high expectations when I buy something from a brand I don't know on Amazon, but this has been the rare outperforming exception.

I was a bit apprehensive given some of the poor reviews, but if you are careful and attentive to inserting them, they seem to adhere well. The key I think is that "you have one shot' at sticking them on. I'm guessing that the surface stickiness deteriorates if, for example, you stick it on and then pull it off because you want to adjust it. So, be careful , take your time and then it will stick firmly.

I bought these for a new pair of loafers that were a little too big and without these they were rubbing at my heals. These heel grip liners were very easy to apply and the adhesive seems to be very strong. The padding of the heel grip liners is quite thick which is perfect if your shoes are a bit too big, it also makes them very comfortable.
