I’ve gave used these inserts for 3 1/2 years and they are a quality product, that fits the shoe well and hold up under daily wear and lots of walking.

These really stink. Size is fine, a tad on the large size, but the smell is awful. I let them air out for a week and they still have a horrible rubber-type smell. Do not buy.

I received one of these to try from my physical therapist then came here to purchase more because they are just what I need. Whether they are in sneakers, flats or my heels, they have worked perfectly. I have used them always, but am impressed with how comfortable they are to wear for walking, Zumba, weight training, and every day wear. My back feels so much better. I can’t recommend these enough!

They are very accommodating and fit great and do the job. The only thing I don't like is that they smell like rubber. I have bought several and use for all shoes. To kill the new smell, I put them in a baggie with baking soda for a few days and when I took them out, they had lost a lot of the smell. Put them under your current shoe insole. They don't ever slip around. I recommend.

Purchase this for my ten year old son due to his left leg being shorter. It was way cheaper than getting a lift on each pair of shoes. 3 months in and the inserts havent loss its integrity. It fits comfortably in his casual and sneakers (mens 8 1/2) i did use double sided tape, to avoid any movement, but its not required. He even wears it in his crocs. I purchased 2 pks.
