I have a couple of heels that give me terrible blisters on the back of my heel. I put this one them, and I no longer have blisters. It sticks very well, the thickness does adds cushioning in the back of the heel but it will make you shoes tighter, but not by much. Super easy to put on and I have had them on my shoes for 2 weeks and the comfort is still there. I love them, they saved the back of my heels.

Adhesion is great, even if you have to move them. Excellent functionality for that, & for the thickness of preventing the sudden blisters appearing on both heels inside 2 year old winter boots. Good durability, color was not that important, but inside a tall boot, it's good to be able to see for placement.

It didn't really help with heel slippage of the shoe. I dont know if it's due my installation of them or something else. They are definitely well made so it's not an issue with quality.

I was worried that they wouldn't stick on my shoe for very long. After using them for a while, I realize that they stay on VERY well. They are comfortable, they fit my shoe perfectly, and they function as intended.
