These are the best heel cushions! I had some shoes that wouldn't stick to my heels, but these perfectly grip my heels.

Love these for my shoe's that were too big and heels slipped. I think these would help if you have trouble with shoes slipping at the heel. If you go down a size they are always too little. These made shoes fit perfectly and now they are my favorite shoes.

I bought these because I have a narrow heel and narrow shoes are becoming impossible to find. I needed something to keep my heel from sliding up and down. These work OK but are still not the answer for me. I have some that really keep my heel in place, but I can't seem to find them any more. I will keep trying, but in the meantime I'll use these

Put these in soccer cleats after a few blisters wearing in new cleats. Work well, very comfortable and no blisters!

These work very well and are very comfortable. I have to buy shoes that are slightly big because of a foot injury and these keep my heal from sliding.

I had bought a pair of sneakers that slipped in the heel. I thought these heel pads would help but the construction of the sneaker did not allow for the proper placement of these heel pads. They helped a little bit, so my solution is I will return the sneakers and keep the heel pads.
