My left foot seems to be a weird shape, which often causes my left heel to slip excessively. I put one of these pads inside my left ankle boot that was very loose in the back and voila, it’s as comfortable as the right boot now! I was afraid maybe my toes would be pushed up too much, but that didn’t happen today when I wore them all over the place. I also tried a pad in the left shoe of a pair of sneakers with the same result. Wish I had bought these sooner!

I just recently discovered these heel grips. I bought some shoes that were too large. Adding the heel grips made such a difference. Very comfortable and easy to apply inside shoe.

Blister/heel protection. Worked like a charmAdhesive stayed in place. Would not recommend taking them and off. Cushion perfect size for flats. Price was right. Quality acceptable.

These inserts are perfect. They fit all the way down into the shoe and provide nice support and comfort for your heel. They also fill in the slight gap that might happen and give some stability. They were a good price. I ordered the nude and black combo so that I could put them in multiple shoes. Easy to insert and has good adhesion. Very functional.

I wanted to use this fo my doc martens boots. They did not stay in place and keep shifting. I think they would be better in shoes.

I have a pair of leather shoes that would rub my heel raw. I’ve had other versions of heel padded protectors but none compare to the amazing design of these. The shape is perfect! It covers the entire back of my heel that rubs against my shoes normally and offers amazing grip to prevent movement. 10/10 recommend if you are having the same issue.
