Nothing really cures plantar. Most products like this provide temp relief that helps the pain subside for a while.

The heel cups are quite comfortable and have helped my heels. There are times where it seems like they are curling under instead of staying in place. This has not been a big problem, but it was a surprise because I would expect the heel cushions to be sturdier. I'm so glad I have these because my heels are happier because of them.

This product is awesome. I was suffering from heel pain for a few months now and when I put this in my sneakers ‘voila’ I was able to walk at least 45 minutes on the treadmill which I haven’t done for a while due to heel pain. I will order again for a back up.

I had an Achilles tendon and heel problem for over 6 months. I tried physical therapy which alleviated the swelling and pain, I tried a night time boot which seemed to help also when i could sit down or sleep with it. However, these heel cups are amazing. They allow me to go through my full day walking, dancing driving and exercise without any pain. The pain is only in one foot but I weart them for both feet, it can't hurt. I would highly recommend this product if you need relief from past strain or injury.

My nine-year-old son weighs 109 pounds. He’s tall and muscular. I got him size small. We needed to put these inside his soccer cleats. he has had light pain for a couple years during wrestling. He’s has been experiencing severe pain in his heels in the last few months, and it has become worse this soccer season. I was hoping that we could put these inside his cleats and they would take his pain away in his heels. First, we put it inside his cleat but it hurt just trying to put it on. Then we took his sock off and put the heel cup directly on his heel, reapplied the sock and put his foot in the cleat. that felt better but when he tried to run, his heels hurt again, and they felt awkward. We were hoping the new awkward feeling would go away once he was used to them and that the pain would go away as well, but they just didn’t work for him. The quality is nice! They feel sturdy and good quality for the price.

Son súper cómodas y se ajustan a la mayoría de los calzados. En el caso de los flats muy bajitos se llegan a asomar un poco. Son fáciles de limpiar y sí sientes una gran diferencia al caminar.

I got these for my 14 year old son, who has quite severe pain in his heels - his physiotherapist feels that he has Severs disease, and recommended Tuii's Heel Cups to provide some relief. They arrived on Tuesday, and he says they have made a big difference so far. They're comfortable and fit perfectly into his runners - he played two hours of volleyball in them without anything like the same level of discomfort that he had been feeling. I found the sizing to be a bit confusing - he is under 175lbs, but a 10 in shoe size, so I ordered the Large even though he is not at the recommended weight. They seem to be fine! Great product.

Bought these after seeing that many people on the extremely informative "heelspurs" web site rated them highly. I already had a pair of the Tuli regular heel cups (not heavy duty) and they were quite good, so I thought I'd try these. After my husband saw mine, he had me order a pair (although large size) for him, which I did. They are indeed heavier duty than the regulars, and now my favorite pair. I put them in the good-fitting athletic shoes I bought and they make walking a lot better. (Make sure you try on many shoes - your shoe size changes as you age! Also buy a shoe that flexes and isn't too rigid. I bought some that had a nice padding throughout and they are the most comfortable I have, especially with the Tuli's in there.) I've got every day heel pain that gets worse the longer I walk or stand on the bad heel, and these cups definitely help mask the discomfort. I think they are actually cushioning the blow and therefore helping my plantar faciitis, but even if all they are doing is making it less painful for me to walk, they are certainly worth the money I paid for them. My husband just had me order a pair for him. I would recommend to everyone that they go to a physical therapist at least a few times to see what exercises are helpful and then do those exercises every day. I do a lot of stretching(feet, toes and surprisingly, shins) and this has helped me to reduce my pain by about half in 6 weeks. The exercises are not painful or terribly time-consuming, but I believe you MUST do more than roll your foot on a tennis ball. The heelspurs site is great or you can google other sites to learn about exercises. I also ice the heel twice a day, and in the beginning took a lot of Ibuprophen. I try to do at least a few minutes of stretching when I first get up so as not to further increase my injured ligaments, and a few before I take the dog for a walk. Also helpful was to find out if I needed a separate arch support. I tried one but it was more painful when I used it than when I didn't, so I stopped using it. I also found that lying on the bed after exercise and heel icing helped, as did not walking barefoot. In any case, the extra duty Tuli cups are certainly a start so I recommend them. I have 3 other pairs of heel cups but these are my favorite, as they seem to provide the best cushioning. The price is also quite reasonable, and the company that shipped mine did so very quickly.
