Fantastic item! This item completely solved my issue with a tight achilles. I couldn't even get my heel flat on the floor. Bought these on my Dr's recommendation and they fit discreetly into my shoe, allowing me to walk normally and comfortably. Easy to transfer between pairs of shoes but might buy more. Highly recommend!

There are a couple things I would change about these inserts; I would prefer a rubberized bottom instead of a peel and stick, and it would be nice if they didn't extend so far from the heel into the shoe. I want to be able to use these in multiple shoes, so I left the plastic covering on the sticky side, but they don't stay in place the best. Also, because they are so long, my foot catches the insert as I'm inserting my foot into the shoe and sometimes "drags" the insert up toward the toe of the shoe. I remedied this issue by trimming the insert with a scissors. They do provide nice heel cushion and a bit of height, which is what I need due to achilles tendinitis.

fantastic! Extremely comfortable & because they only occupy the heel area the toe box doesn't feel crowded like what often happens with other full length insoles. 100% recommended!

Achilles tendonitis came on suddenly, and I was desperate for some kind of tangible relief. These inserts produced real relief within 24 hours of first-use. The gel material is generous and cushy, yet doesn't affect the fit of my shoe. After weeks of wearing this comfortable insert, the indentation of my heel is visible in the cushion, yet the form-fitting support is still great. Product isn't the cheapest on Amazon, but it's very affordable, and MOST important, it actually works. This is the one for me.

The Orthopedic inserts I don't dislike at all you don't know how I feel I feel like million dollar ! My right heel was giving me the "Blue's for about couple of months, I get good Arch support, Cushion is so well padded,Wow! and I have bought other pair for my tennis shoe Excellent Quality I will buy my 3rd pair real soon. The heel inserts really they helped my Low Back and I am getting around better Oh ! Boy ! Good value for the money What a blessing it is Thank You 🙏.

The last year or so my feet have been getting more particular about what kind of shoes I can comfortably wear. Shoes without arch support were getting impossible to wear, so I finally admitted to myself that it was time for inserts. Totally helped with foot pain, leg pain, and is allowing me to wear boots this winter that I would have not even tried. JUST BUY THEM!! The cost is negligible, the quality is great, and they are low profile enough for an of my shoes.

After placing my purchase, I found that the small size was the right fit for my women's size 7 shoes. It was the quality of the construction of these inserts that caught my attention initially. The material has a sturdy but cushiony feel to it, and it strikes a balance between support and comfort that I have not found in any other product. I had no trouble slipping them into my shoes, and they did not make my footwear feel thick or alter the way it fit. Every day, I used these inserts in both my work shoes and my weekend sneakers. I utilized them often. An incredible amount of shock absorption has been achieved. As a result of my employment in retail, where I spend long hours standing on hard floors, I have seen a dramatic decrease in the amount of heel discomfort and exhaustion I experience by the time my shifts are over. My opinion is that the heel support is built in such a way that it cradles the heel, which is a significant factor that helps reduce discomfort.
