My right hip is higher than my left, and my neurosurgeon referred me to a podiatrist to get prescription shoe inserts to balance my hip. The podiatrist told me that the companies that makethe prescription inserts are mainly for gym shoes, not dress shoes or ballet flats, which I usually wear for work. I didn’t go through with it even though my health insurance would pay for one insert. I informed my neurosurgeon, and he, in turn, told me to buy the heel lifts, which he said were cheaper. So I tried it, and it was a game-changer! My hip and leg pain decreased in two days, and I felt the difference when I stood at my work desk.I bought a size medium for my gym and dance shoes, while I used a small for my dress shoes and ballet flats. I also attached the heel inserts to my house slippers.

Works great. I had LKTR and my right leg ended up being a 1/2" shorter than my left. I was bowlegged. I bought this heel lift and it works great. My doctor told me to start with a 1/4" then go up to a 1/2". Now I don't hobble anymore. So happy with the lift.

I ordered a large size but received a medium. They seem to fit ok but that's not what I ordered.

This was recommended by a Physical Therapist who helped determine which level I needed. It is working very well for me although I found there are some shoes that I can't use with them because my foot slips out of the back as I try to walk. This is not a problem with the lift but the shoe design. My back and knee pain has significantly decreased.

My Dr said to wear these to help with leg, foot and lower back pain. I didn’t believe it would help but why not try?These lifts have made a huge impact on my health!! They are easy to work up to proper size.The adhesive is just enough to keep them in place but still easy to move to a different shoe. They add the perfect amount of support so my foot doesn’t ache.I’m surprised the quality is so great and yet the price is so low.The pain on my left side has improved dramatically! I bought a few more so I can have them in all my often worn shoes.I share one with a friend and she called the next day to say how improved her back felt.

The lift was easy to install in my shoe, and has helped correct some of the trouble I was having due to my left leg being a bit shorter than my right. In general, I'm pleased with it and will probably order an addition set or two.
