I frankly did not expect much from these very simple heel cups, and was so pleasantly surprised after having walked on these for a whole day. The cushioning is really superb! They did not affect the fit if my shoe, and, oddly, made me more conscious of my posture, which is a great side benefit!

These gel heel pads are good for adding extra padding under the heel. Possible best if they can be tucked under the insoles (not always an option). It does lift the heel up so if you have a low ankle bone, it could assist with potential rubbing.Mostly, these pads help with long hours on my feet. I use these in my boots because they don't have alot of cushioning. I wear a womens size 10 (men's size 8.5) and they fit perfectly! They don't slide, they're the perfect width and they add just the right amount of extra padding for my heels without being too chunky or taking up too much space. I'm very happy with them. I bought 2 sets!

Helped considerably!! Stay in place and I don’t even know they are in there. Raised my heel just enough to make my high priced shoe perfect!!
