These are very comfortable to wear, and the gel padding is great. The size that arrived said L, I am petite and wear a size 7 shoe and these fit perfectly. There is a Velcro adjustment so it’s more of a one size fits most. The Velcro is extremely well-made and sticks perfectly.

These are very comfortable for long wear with an adjustable Velcro strap that is not irritating to the skin. The level of support and foam padding is just right to reduce pain in the heels when walking barefoot in my house. Full mobility is a plus!

Bought it for my father in law. It helped him with the pain he was dealing with. He is using them as inserts to his regular shoes. It fits well and so far he had no skin issues.

I’ve had heel pain and the gel padding in these have given me relief. They provide a nice amount of support and cushioning, making walking and standing so much more comfortable. They fit perfectly and feel great. The cushion on the heel has just the right thickness, which reduces pain by a lot. These are perfect if you have to stand/walk for a long time!
