The product did not last long. I put them in my shoes to wear to church. When I got up to leave 2 hours after service, the silicone had slid down in the shoes and the sticky to hold them in place was non existent. Terrible do not waste your money!

This item did not work for me. I bought the to help with the slipping of my heels but I think duct tape would be better.

A pair of black leather pumps ordered in my correct size slipped off my heels making them unable to walk in. These soft, adjustable inserts were absolutely the answer for the problem. They are extremely comfortable and totally made the brand new shoes wearable. So appreciative of them, and I don’t think you’ll regret purchasing this product.

These fit perfect and are not too tight or loose with them in. Even if your shoe is for example a size 7 in women’s but you need to wear a size 6.5, just a half size difference, it will still work cause the gel inserts squish in a bit. They have a little bit of give. I bought shoes that were 7-7.5, but when arrived they were too big as my heel slipping out of the shoe. I exchanged them for a 6-7, but when they got mailed to me they were still slipping out of my shoe. I was bummed as they didn’t have the next size down. I usually wear a 7.5 as 7 shoes usually squish my toes a bit. These are made in Portugal so their sizing is different from US sizes for sure! I isn’t want to return these one of kind beautiful shoes, but these gel inserts saved the day! You even get 8 pieces. I bought the double padded, 5.5 inches long/ 3.3 inches across. They are clear, durable and thicker than most inserts for the heel and feel so comfy, I don’t feel them at all and they work like little miracles! Best heel grips I’ve found for sure! So happy! Best $13 I’ve ever spent!

Product is fantastic! Good amount of adhesive ensures it stays in place while in the shoe. The gel has good grip on the foot so not slipping. I peeled the backing of the heel area down like a flap to insert the heel portion to be aligned with the heel on my shoe. Then I slowly pulled the backing flap from underneath the soul part pushing down on the adhesive into the bottom of the shoe to ensure it is properly placed.

I received this product on time and as described. I had several shoes that would slip off my feet when I walked, so I needed to add something that would keep the shoes on my feet without adding extra bulk. These did the trick. Not only were they easy to use, and the adhesive of the heel protector stick to the shoes, but they made the shoe fit better and were very comfortable. I recommend this product.

There were in total 12 pairs,6 beige and 6 black ..glue was good and sticky . At first I was skeptical about this whether it will work or not but to my surprise it did worked, ordered it for my father as his one pair of shoes were one size loose for him...now it fits him very well .....just go for it if there's any issue of loose fit well let me tell you this padding will only make your shoe one size smaller.

Don’t waste your money they have good adhesive. They fit in place but the shoe I put them in my foot kept slipping out it does not create a snug enough fit for your shoe. Don’t waste your money. It literally feels like there’s something stuck in your shoe, the bottom portion that goes under your heel Basically pushes your foot out of the shoe that you couldn’t fit in the first place . Don’t waste your money get something better.

high quality package and materials looked like they were very high quality upon opening. I also really liked the weight of these – upon opening the product seemed substantial and well made and the number of them seemed like a fair amount for the cost – that made it feel like a very good value for money. Note they were not "too heavy," since they are quite small, but there's a solid, quality feeling to them.the build quality also was better than i expected. they felt substantial, durable, and well made. i also liked how clear they looked. this helps hide or mask their presence in the show but also, at least to me, clearer plastics and rubber components denote quality.There really wasn't much i did not like and they did the job, so my gut feeling is 5-stars. They did the job, have lasted since i began using them, and have also kept looking new and clear through repeated use.the only minor critique would be they might taper a bit more on the part that goes under the foot. my heel may be overly sensitive but I can definitely feel the transition / bump-down where the insert ends under my foot. This is a minor thing though. I got used to it quickly. Not worth losing a start over.Also of note, if you have not used such inserts before, there were very, very easy to use. I think if you are buying this you know exactly what you need and what it does. the instructions were, frankly, wholly unnecessary. but, that said, they were clear and accurate and if i were a bit unsure they would have helped.Also, if your shoes are a tad too long, these can help with better fitment, but just heel-lift.
