Would not recommend, glue is not that adhesive to your footwear so not recommended at all. Maybe work for some but i returned it.

Work perfectly. Each pf the 3 seperate layers has peel off backing to stick in your shoes. Mine haven't budged an inch in 2 wks.

These were recommended by my podiatrist as they come in a set of 3 with slight increases in the wedge depending on your preference. I was having back pain and pain on the side of my foot. She suggested this one for the cost, convenience and ease of use. I insert them under the sole of my sneakers and the pain has gone away. I will be purchasing multiple sets for all my shoes. I highly this product.

I bought these for my husband and he says they work great! They have good support and helps prevent him from walking on the sides of his feet. Great product for the price!

They are great for me as I tend to walk different since I have knee pain. I tend to feel uncomfortable and run run shoes over to the inside. After putting them in my shoes my feet feel more flat when I walk. After a few steps you don’t even notice that they are in the shoes. I bought the small size because I wear a size 7 shoe but I am going to order the larger size because I believe they will be a better fit for me since I have a wide foot.

These wedges making walking and standing feel so much better. The adjustable layers make it easy to customize for comfort and the soft, durable material feels great even after hours of wear. They stay in place and work perfectly in my shoes.

This is a good, versatile wedge for your shoes. They can be used individually, or stacked on top of each other, depending on how much support you need. They are a little stiff, but work well under the orthotic prescribed by my podiatrist. Definitely more cost effective than custom orthotics.

I was skeptical about trying wedges not found at a foot store and I have been pleasantly pleased. The only reason I didn't rate a five star was due to the adhesive. I found this wasn't as strong as I needed for my tennis shoes that I'm active in, so I had actually cut Velcro to the size of the wedge and now I can transfer the one size between shoes. Using these wedges have definitely help eliminate knee pain I was experiencing.

I got them today. I haven't use them yet. There is proper instruction with it. There are six pieces and 4 of them are straight the other 2 have dots on them. So I am sure do I have to use one straight and one dots togeather or just one piece for each time. Once I use them I,ll let you know how they are.

I’ve always had over-supination walking problems. My shoes would wear down on the outside heel, and the more they wore down, the worse the supination problem was and the more uncomfortable walking would be. I bought a set of these to try out in my shoes for work and I can’t tell you how much of a difference they’ve made. My walking is more comfortable, I have the support where I need it on the outside heel, and my shoes aren’t wearing down as fast as they usually do. I like how they come with the three layers, so you can adjust them to be right for you. I used all three layers. The adhesive is very good, too, I was happy with that and I placed them underneath the insole and I haven’t had any problems with them moving around. I’ll be buying a pair of these for each pair of shoes I own.If you’ve always wondered if orthopedics would help you, but are apprehensive to spend the money seeing a specialist, do like I did and try these out first. The price is so reasonable, you will be doing yourself a favor to see if this will be a solution for you. Pain relief is amazing and my walking is better. They’re durable and flexible. Performance is great, Arch support is a must, everything about these makes them a good purchase!

Works but the glue under the gel pad doesn't hold long and will move around in your shoe
