Very poor quality, don’t help with heel pain as stated

This was the worst experience I have ever had with heel cups. It made the pain so much worse. I had to take off before my work shift even ended. The next day my heel was so sore from wearing these. Be cautious when buying.

I use these pads because I developed plantar fasciitis when wearing baseball turf shoes that had little to no arch support. I bought Walk Hero insoles and I added these pads to provide really nice cushioning of the bottom of my heel, which is where my pain is after a hard practice or game. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to include a simple set of instructions for how to place/secure the pads into the shoe. It took trial and error for me to determine there was a plastic sheet to remove to get to the adhesive which sticks the pad to the insole. If you don’t remove the plastic sheet, the pad slides around below your foot.

I work on my feet all day and used to suffer from severe heel pain.These insoles have been a lifesaver! They offer great arch support and cushioning, and my feet feel much better at the end of the day.

The heel pads are okay but probably not for a lot of walking. The thickness is decent enough to provide cushioning and fits in my Sketcher flats without making them feel too tight.Since I have only had them for one day I can’t speak to durability.Good value for the money. So far I would recommend.
