these disintegrated almost instantly on their first use. the shoe fillers are fine but the rest is not worth it

My feet are an odd shape- I have a super high arch, so to top of my foot is pretty tall,But they are fairly narrow and short- so for most shoes to fit the top of my foot I have to go a size up. These are perfect for a slightly too big shoe to prevent sliding, heal damage and improve the comfort. They were easy to place correctly in the shoe and it improved the fit and comfort enough that I didn’t even think about my shoes all day, which is abnormal for me.

Do not like the toe bumps but the heels work well. Pretty strong adhesion and fit. The toe bumps are not comfortable, but the heels are nice.

I bought a brand new pair of ballerina flats. They were very comfortable but one kept slipping off with each step. I decided to order these pads for my shoe to see if they would helped. I picked this brand over others because they offered more choices as I didn’t know which would work. So glad that I did because I found a pad that worked and now I can wear my shoes without worrying about them coming off!

None of the inserts have adhesive on the back to stick in your shoes. Don’t understand the point!

If your shoe isn’t so tight or it’s easy to slip on and off, these pads may work for you. If you’re trying to make a closed to shoe or boot more comfy, not so much. It is very hard to get the pads to stick to the shoe. When I slip my boots on, the ankle pad rolls up and sticks to itself or gets stuck to my socks. The foam is a little bit hard to get right inside the shoe. The more the adhesive gets stuck to itself, the less it works. Often it’s making the shoes a bigger pain by having a sticky roll of foam crawling around uncomfortably in your shoe.

I tried these for a few reasons one being comfort for the shoe for the balls of your foot and to fill the gap in the back so that my heel doesn’t flip out as my one pair of heels were just a tad bit too big. The adhesive does not stick onto the shoe very well once you put your foot into the shoe it lifts the adhesive pad up (even if your careful about foot placement) so you have to constantly adjust it so it’s pointless to have it in the shoe. It doesn’t help with any heal gap filling. The Front adhesive pad for front support and comfort is OK and has stayed in place. Even though this company provided a multitude of colors and adhesive stick pads the adhesive sticks don’t work well to adjust any gap in the back of the shoe so there’s no value there.

I bought these to try and fit into a pair of shoes I accidentally bought in a size up. They made the shoes even more uncomfortable and still slipped off my feet. I thought the foam at the toes of the shoes would really help, but it was super painful. The heel grips are alright and I can see them working for other shoes so maybe just get the heel grips.
