Tuli’s Cheetah Heel Cup with Compression Sleeve is a lifesaver for gymnasts and dancers dealing with heel pain or Sever’s Disease. The Gomotas Family loves how it combines heel cushioning with a supportive compression sleeve, providing comfort during intense activities. It stays securely in place, even during rigorous movements, and helps alleviate pain effectively. Perfect for young athletes who need extra support without compromising performance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable solution to heel pain! 🤸♀️✨

We bought these for my grandson. This never should have happened. These were not abused in any way, nor were they ever put in a washing machine. The child has Sever's (caused by a child growing too fast), and we bought the adult size for him. Yes, they are tight, as they should be, but this is ridiculous.

The fit is great, it did seem to help my daughter's foot a lot when she wore it for cheer, but it was a little confusing for her to put on, on her own at first. Definitely recommend it though and it seems pretty durable.

These are tight to get on but need to be tight so go with the sizing given. Helps shock absorb when tumbling in gymnastics. Does not stop knee pain but certainly helps my daughter. They stay in place - would recommend

UPDATE: Leaving my orig review in-tact at the bottom but now ive been using this awhile for yoga, i want to amend my first thoughts because its stretched out just enough its not too tight now and I think it's just the right size afterall. I just needed to break it in. Also it's great and does the job and i'm glad i bought it. I use the extra duty heel cups in my shoes at work and for aerobics and its great to have a version i can use for yoga.--Just got my cheetah after years of using Tuli's heel cups in my shoes. I've been looking for something to use for yoga but hesitant to buy this because its literally a regular Tuli's heel cup stitched on to a neoprene sleeve. I've tried various methods of sticking them in socks with the toes cut out for yoga but they get slippery during hot yoga and its never ideal. So i bit the bullet and bought a Cheetah. My first impression was good. the neoprene provides some extra cushion inside and the cups are stitched on to the outside with an industrial machine. Not something I could do myself at home. The problem is that its too small. I measured my foot and ordered a M by the chart. I'm a perfect woman's size 10 US shoe. 8.5" instep. But this is really tight. Maybe thats good for activity but i thought id prefer to send it back and get the adjustable one, but its ineligible for return so im stuck with it. I'll give it a go at least once. Maybe it'll stretch out some after wearing it but its hard to get on cause its so tight. Anyway, neoprene isnt breathable so it may be awful for hot yoga. I was thinking i could wear a sock w the toes cut out underneath to absorb moisture but its too tight for that. Just know before you order that this thing is very tight and you can't return it.

My son (11yrs) has been using these heel protectors for many months because of Sever's disease which is a growth plate issue in the heel. He previously had the velcro wraparound ones but finds that this sock-type gives him better support. His pain flares up quickly if he runs or even walks without wearing it. This has allowed him to continue his rugby, judo, basketball and all the other active things he loves. Well made and easily washed on delicate cycle. He puts them through a lot of wear and both types of Tuli's protectors last well so worth the money.

I am a Chef working two full time jobs for a total of sixteen hours a day. I went searching online for a product to help my plantar fasciitis, which has gotten almost intolerable. I didnt want to spend a couple of hundred dollars on the boots you sleep in and be uncomfortable while trying to sleep and I felt I really needed some support on my arch during the day. So after looking around I gave these a shot.Yes you do have to buy two, they are not a pair.Yes the sizing is strange, I'm just 125 and I bough a large because they range 120 pound and above. I dont really understand why they arn't fitted to your shoe size but the large fit me correctly, snug and tight to put on but supportive to wear and the heel cup is the perfect size, which was what I worried about. I dont think now that I should have gotten a smaller size. I think that may have cut off my circulation. What it has done for me is nothing short of a blessing. My arches don't hurt during the day anymore. Towards the end of the day after 14 hours my feet are sore, but nothing nothing like it was before this product.I do still experience occasional sharp pains in my heel, which is very likely a bone spur developing. But the constant sharp stabbing pains in my arch, instep and center of my heel I had with normal walking is gone. I feel not just that the plantar fasciitis is not as painful but maybe that my feet are supported enough to begin to heal. These improvements have no other source than this product. I never bought the boots you wear to sleep in, do very little stretching of my arch throughout the day, and only a few minutes before I get out of bed (same as before I had them) and the value to my feet is astonishing. Days before I received them in the mail I was resting each foot in turn on a bag of ice while on the line cooking. Not anymore.Since I wear them everyday I'm going to get another pair or two, because yes they are hot and yes they make your feet sweat and smell. So having an extra pair or two to change out through the week would be great but Ill never go without them again.I dont ever write reviews but this one had to be shared. If you have Plantar Fasciitis do something wonderful for yourself and buy these.
