I've been having major heel pain for the last few weeks anytime I wear flat or tennis shoes. I purchased this product, added it to a pair of my most comfortable tennis shoes and was able to walk around disneyland for eleven hours with minimum pain during the last hour. I highly recommend this product.

These are just what I need for a better back support. Flares are actually not ideal for walking and create backache without you realize. Add these gal heels you will know the difference. I did!

These were recommended by my physical therapist to help with plantar fasciitis pain. Like many other reviews I agree the adhesion quality is poor however depending on the shoes I am using they generally stay in place. The cushioning isn’t super thick but enough to help with pain relief to a degree. They are inexpensive for two pair so I found it worthwhile to try. So far so good but I am not 100% sure I would buy them again, but that’s not saying I definitely wouldn’t. My current set is holding up well so I guess time will tell.

These cushions are soft and comforting but they're not adhering to my shoes' insoles as well as I would have hoped. Still, they represent good value for the money. I bought them after experiencing some heel pain. That issue has resolved.

I have multiple foot problems, including plantar fasciitis, and I have been using Dr. Scholls heel cushions that cushion the entire heel. I decided to get more heel cushions, as I was getting tired of switching them out when I changed shoes. I decided to try these heel pads, to see how they would be for comfort. They did not work well for me at all. They did stick to the shoe relatively well, but they did not help my heel pain. I don't know whether the round cushion in the pad wasn't supportive enough, or if my heel didn't line up with the cushion correctly, but they did nothing to relieve my heel pain. I think a heel cushion that covers the entire heel, like the Dr. Scholls ones I was using before, is a much better choice, because it cushions the entire heel, not just one spot. Either the cushioned spot in these pads didn't have enough padding, or the cushioned area didn't line up with the center of pain in my heels. Either way, I'm going back to the other heel pads that cushioned the entire heel, not just one spot.
