I’ve ordered these twice now so I have options for more shoes on the advice of my doc after surgery. They’re ok but haven’t held up to daily wear.

During physical therapy for some leg pain My PT suggested I try this because my left leg was a wee bit shorter than my right after multiple knee surgeries, and a hip replacement. These are exactly like the pair she gave me but at a much better price. I’m not sure yet what the wear out time will be, but at the price I paid for these I can buy new when needed. It made a huge difference in my pain level. I walk a mile every morning with my dog and play golf several times a week, so this was an important discovery. You have to experiment to find the right height for your need; for me it was just peeling off the first layer (these were in increments of 1/8th of an inch as were the ones my PT gave me). I have worn them under my insole and if I couldn’t get one out, I just put the lift right on top with no slipping problem.

these lift stay in place and will lift you up to remove some pain, if you have a leg length issue. ask your doc. about thickness needed

I don't know how long these will last, but they are a comfortable, cost effective, temporary solution to heel lifts.

I used these for my wedding with my tuxedo shoes. These were comfortable and stable and they made me approximately two inches taller. These are great lifts and I highly recommend trying them. Make sure you try them on way ahead of time to see if they are comfortable and to see if you need a thinner or thicker lift. Luckily these fit great!
