The backs are not super sticky. One pair has already come off the shoe.

I recently bought a pair of shoes that were just a little too big in the heel, and they kept slipping off no matter what I did. I decided to try these heel pads, and they made all the difference!The cushioning is soft but firm enough to keep my shoes snug without feeling too tight. The adhesive sticks well and hasn’t peeled off, even after several wears. I love that they also help prevent blisters by adding a little extra padding. They worked perfectly for my flats and sneakers, and I plan to get another set for my heels.If you have shoes that are just slightly too loose in the back, these are a great fix! Just be aware that if your shoes are way too big, you might need something thicker or an insole to take up more space. Overall, highly recommend!

No one's feet are "the" perfect shoe size -- which is a ballpark measurement for a range that your feet might fit into. If that makes sense? (Typically a foot isn't a "perfect" size 7 - the size 7 is the best fit for that foot.) Anyhow, these heel pads are fantastic and last forever (or throughout the shoe's life). They're soft & comfortable enough that you don't even know they're there but they do a great job of keeping shoes from rubbing your heels.

I have finally found inserts that stay in place and protect the back of my ankle/heel. There are certain shoes I avoid because of the annoying pain my feet have to be in but these inserts relieve all of that. They also prevent blisters from forming which I hate the pesky blisters. These inserts are easy to place in your shoes and easy to remove. I highly reccomend these!

I used these on two pairs of shoes. One pair I had worn for several years and had stretched a bit, so the extra padding of these pads helped to shore up the loose fitting and keep the heel on my foot. The pad is extremely comfortable and has made these older shies fun to wear again.The other pair of shoes I put these in were new and the correct length, but for whatever reason they constantly slipped off my heels. These heel pads were too thick for this application. And while they did stop the heel slipping, I ended up with a blister from them being too tight.The glue is strong and it took quite a bit of muscle to pull them out of my newer shoes and they have not budged in the older shoes I'll be keeping them in. And I appreciate having the choice of nude or black color.Just wish they were sold in package sizes with fewer sets.

These are soft, cushioned but not bulky, flexible without being floppy, and stick extremely well.I did see the reviews about adhesive issues, I can only assume these are either being used on inappropriate material or perhaps the surface wasn’t clean/dry.They have a bit of stiffness to them which makes holding them to position them easier than if they were more flexible. You do have to hold (or chip them in place to allow the adhesive to set. I actually bent and “wedged” them into the heel cup of my shoe (with paper still on) and left them in position overnight, then the next day I took the paper off and actually stuck the pad to the shoe.The edges are a bit sharp and I had discomfort in one shoe, but after removing the pad carefully and repositioning it, it was perfect and this hasn’t affected the adhesive at all.Very pleased and will buy more
