Very very disappointed in this, I wasted my money. Less than half an hour the inside part slipped and when that happened my toes slid to the front caused my toes to pained and then it got numb, especially big toe. I felt like my toe would've broken, to top it off the glue sticked under my feet in the shoes causing my feet to stick at the front that caused my feet to stick at an uncomfortable position until my toes became numb.Would not recommend this at all.

I was pleased with this purchase, as it provided variety of colors, and options for adding extra comfort to many different styles of shoes. Pads appear to be well made. I’m sure they will last. The adhesive seems durable and padding is sufficient. Will probably order extra for my collection of shoes.

I needed them for size 40 (US 10) shoes. They're too small. Maybe suitable for children's shoes?!None of them are stick on except the heel.

These are amazing! I bought 3x pairs of leather high heels and due to the leather stretching over time my feet kept slipping out of the shoes, making them impractical to wear. I added these grips and heel pads and now get to enjoy wearing my shoes again. Good quality product and great that there is different colours. Highly recommend!

The only part that might be useful is the stick on heel one. The rest aren’t stick applicable so they don’t stay put and aren’t comfortable. Not worth the price given that 3/4 of the contents are useless
