Velcro is not strong enough, used for couple of months and velcro isn’t working anymore.

This only cushions the heal. Doesn’t ease the pain from plantar fasciitis. Gives no arch support.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a long time and it comes back often. I have been barely able to walk from the pain and I have had to wear shoes inside my home (which our family usually take shoes off). I haven't been able to run with my kids or play with them because I can barely walk.I bought this, and it has worked quickly in recovering my feet. I wear it in the house with bare feet, sometimes with socks, and I wear it with my shoes as well. I have been able to get my chores done and I can last longer on my feet. I'm so glad I bought this, I absolutely recommend getting this if you deal with chronic pain. It has a soft cushion, it fits snugly. You do have to make sure you loosen your shoes so it doesn't slide up and out, but once you get your foot in with it, and tie your shoes, it'll be great.
