Ich bin 1,63 m groß und habe bei Stiefeln oft das Problem, dass die Schafthöhe zu hoch bzw. mein Waden zu kurz ist. Durch diese Einlegesohle konnte ich das Problem lösen. Ein gutes Tragekomfort und nichts verrutscht.

This is a great product for those who realized they need an insert but are not sure of the height requirement for the insert itself. This product gives you the ability to adjust the insert height by varying the number of inserts deployed. The inserts have an adhesive to insure they remain in place or you can chose hot to use them so they can be moved to different shoes. The inserts are not overly ridged thus accommodate your gait.Just perfect

I had hip surgery and the Dr left me with a longer leg that had the hip replacement. So I needed a 1/4 inch riser for my other leg. It works great. Since you can split them, I have enough for a few shoes.

I have been using these for over 2 weeks now and they are perfect. The design makes it so I can split the heel lift apart and use one in each pair of shoes I wear, which makes it much more convenient for me. I have been looking for a product just like this at pharmacies and even medical supply stores and nothing and here the perfect product was sitting on Amazon for 1/5 of the price of anything I could find anywhere else. Die Dinger sehen erstmal etwas merkwürdig aus aber funktionieren. Kommt wahrscheinlich auf den beabsichtigten Zweck an, den sie erfüllen sollen. Ich habe keinen fersensporn o.ä. Aber ich laufe einfach besser und habe weniger rückenschmerzen, wenn ich etwas absatz trage. So, nun trage ich aber meistens Schuhe ohne Absatz und genau dafür wollte ich die Einlagen benutzen. Sieht man von außen nicht und der Komfort ist gegeben.
