Cautions:
1. When cutting, the knife box should be evenly applied along the direction of the guide rod, and never force in other directions.
2. After the work is finished, please park the knife box at one end of the guide rod.

4, The blade generally does not need to be replaced, but when the blade is notched or deformed and the knife edge becomes dull and cannot be used, the blade needs to be replaced.
Blade replacement steps:
1. When the model is 24 inches or larger, move the knife box (3) to the center of the table, and directly flip the knife box to the outside of the table to make the blade in the visible position, but not too strong, so as not to guide The rod is deformed.
2. Use a micro-slotted screwdriver to remove the top screw (1) from the knife box, and then use a wire cutter to gently pull the fixed shaft (8) down to remove the die (5).
3. Insert the special wrench into the hole of the die and the round nut, and rotate it counterclockwise to remove the blade.
4. When loading the knife box, the plane of the blade is close to the lower blade, and the chamfered surface of the blade should be outward.

The cutter I received is clearly used, check the photos. Screws were rusted, the packaging was opened, and it looks as if it was a return that was sent out as new. There are a few nicks and broken pieces in the plastic parts as well. Completely unsatisfied.

good cutter, excellent, for 7 months of regular use..... but HOW TO CHANGE the blade is a mystery. AXIS screw is NOT a screw, no way to remove it. Please help if you know the trick.

I used this product for cutting 0.005” adhesive backed UHMW polyethylene film with 0.003” paper liner backing. I cut a large number of 22.5” x 6” strips for a project I am working on. Cutting was flawless every time, highly recommended.
