The lighting and heating options of this fireplace offer you the ability to customize your atmosphere to your liking.
Yes, It Does Heat Your Room
We offers two heat settings which quickly add heat to a room up to 400 sq. ft. Please note the heater isn’t designed to be the primary heat source in your room or home. It's designed to warm up a cool evening, or bring the temperature of a room up a few degrees. The visual appeal and heat emitted by your electric fireplace place in addition to your home’s primary heating source will provide your room with a cozy and calming aura.
You can turn on sleep mode with all lights down while heating. Once the temperature is too high, the over-heating protection system will automatically turn on. As long as there is it, provide you a sweet sleep.

It works great! I was SOOOOO nervous to buy a fireplace online given that you can't return them - you can...it just costs you $100+ sooooo you really can't as it's not worth it. Anyways! I am here to say that after 2 months (not long I know) we are going strong. I use it every day. It's super quiet. I'm not a flashy gal - I like the most realistic settings so I keep it on there and really just turn it on and turn it off. I don't mess with the other features as I don't need them at this time. We also haven't used the heat feature as we are in FL but maybe in December when it's cooler.

No thermostat or heat regulation other than a timer that you can set for it to go off but if you fall asleep without doing that, it will just keep running And if it’s in a small space things will get very hot. Otherwise it looks good. It’s relatively quiet. I really just wish it had a thermostat. Everything else is really cool. It’s very basic.Update: ended up having an issue with it, and customer service was more than acceptable.

I love this fireplace! It’s sleek, modern and my contractor commented on how easy it was to install. The vents were surprisingly powerful to push the heat and the flames change colour all with the touch of the remote. I saw much more expensive options at Home Depot so I’m glad I found this one!

It has been 2 months since I contacted the vendor as the remote control doesn't work at all. I asked a replacement for the remote control, they sent me a PDF of the fireplace manual.Other than that I love this fireplace, it is beautiful and quiet. It gives me the choice to have the heat on or off.Again The main issue is that the seller communication is awful at best. The customer service # is a non working number, one can call it 7 days a week & receive the same message from Verizon" there is no one to answer the phone and no way to leave a voice message".The remote control doesn't work at all and the bracket that comes with it was defective. I purchased a new bracket, because after 2 weeks of requesting for one through Amazon message, they kept emailing me the PDF file of their Manual. The Remote Control doesn't work at all, but I can't get them to send me a new one/replacement.

I bought this 60inch fireplace for my garage (converted to Man Cave). Setup/Install was straight forward and no issues. Flame and rock colors look very nice, but had a problem with the heater only running for 30 seconds and then shutting off. I messaged the seller, and within 24 hours had support engaged to troubleshoot. Problem was determined to be with the motherboard, and support sent me a replacement in less than 3 days with full instructions on how to install. Once the motherboard was replaced, everything with this fireplace works great and looks fantastic. Good colors, good heat, and really looks nice overall. I am heating a 500 square foot garage (insulated), and so far the heat is keeping up with 50 degree weather outside. Customer Service with the seller/manufacturer was excellent, and I am very happy with this purchase.

This fireplace is lovely, lots of options to customize the colours and look of the flame and embers. It is fairly quiet and puts out a decent amount of heat when the fan/heat option is used. The look is more towards modern rather than traditional. We are very happy with this purchase.

This is a great product. My electrician had it up in about 30 minutes. The great thing about it is the plug is on the side. You can have your electrician install another outlet and the front panel of the fireplace will hide it if you plan on just mounting it which is what I did. The colors are vibrant in the flames. The heat is alright. If you are looking for a main heating source for a large room you may be disappointed. It will heat it, but it takes awhile. This is better heating wise for a small apt, or smaller room. If you want it for aesthetics you can't be the price or looks. It's a nice fireplace.

La Chimenea llego antes y en perfecta condiciones, estaba muy escéptica ya que en CDMX no había encontrado un proveedor que pudiera venderme una chimenea como la de la publicación y me daba miedo que llegará rota o con algún defecto. Para mi sorpresa llego super bien protegida, funcionando al 100 y las medidas que vienen en las descripción del producto son las reales por si necesitas ir avanzando en tu proyecto mientras llega la chimenea. No dudes en comprarla no te arrepentirás.
