Beautiful!! Flame is high, realistic and comes with multiple color combinations.Yes, there is a beep sound when you change settings on unit but I do not feel it's loud or annoying.Very easy to install. Would recommend and purchase again.

Smaller than I expected but it works great, heats extremely well and it looks great! I got the older version but the value was worth the money! Virtually silent too!

I am redoing my living room over and this fireplace is a lot of coziness to my living room. I love how you can change the colors and it blows out heat not a lot. The amount of heat it blows out is the amount of heat that you will get from a small space heater.

Excellent look & feel. Should’ve bought one long ago. Easy to install. We had it installed low, which I liked, however, we are trying picture height, as the bench under it gets used too. Still rearranging furniture a bit in area, Need to sit with it to see, but feel sure either will be great. Highly recommend.

I am not usually comfortable writing a review, but making an exception now. Give this unit a fair chance among all the many options available. We are completely satisfied with ours. Good scores on appearance, literally a plug and play set-up, visual effect options, and price.

It looks nice and works fine. One misleading thing: the logs/crystals are not controlled by the remote, you have to open the unit to replace one with the other. Easy enough to do but not what I expected.I’m still trying to decide if this was worth the price. A flat TV or monitor would have displayed at least as good of a picture of a flame and could provide the crackling sounds this unit does not. This unit does have the heat output though… but don’t expect to heat a large area with it (supplemental heat only).
