Let me start by saying the unit works well and as advertised. I had to do some slight workaround to install it in the Greentouch TV cabinet but that was the construction and design of the cabinet not the 23” fireplace. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and inability to contact the seller directly about shipping. I received a notice in a Thursday that the order had shipped and was provided a tracking number. The item never moved for 5 days, which included a weekend. Finally, on Monday it shipped. I contacted Amazon customer care, which was useless. The chatbot is also useless. I was never able to find out why I was misinformed about the shipping. The third party vendor was unreachable. I paid Amazon. Surely, Amazon has a way of contacting their marketplace vendors.

Great product, Simple to install with just 4 screws. Very quiet with high bright flames effect in background along with slightly Cracklin of the wood burning fireplace. Great for Winter Christmas times.

I bought this to go in my entertainment centre, as I no longer have a DVD player or even a TV on it. Fits nicely once I took one shelf out! Took awhile to figure out how to turn the heat off, but I did it. If I do use the heat function, I would have to open the door. I mainly bought it for the flame effect.ETA: One thing I noticed, that when I put it in flame mode only, the heat still cuts in and out. I haven't figured out a way to stop this.

It was difficult to receive this fireplace insert ! First it was lost then all the sudden it just appeared so it was a headache , so down the line people not doing there job this seller did give a 10 dollar credit but what a pain

Works well, flame has 3 brightness settings , really like the temp setting , when it reaches the set heat turns pauses heaterunlike most that just keep on poopin out heat and wasting money

More than happy with this product. Fits perfectly into my corner oak fireplace cabinet. Came nicely packaged and was extremely easy to install. Manual is clear and concise. Materials on the insert are solid and well made. Everything works as it should. Also, it is very quiet and pleasing to look at. For the price, I am very pleased with this product.
