So happy with purchase. First delivery was returned due to glass being shattered, returned and 2nd replacement order arrived intact. Installed and very happy with the looks and love the thermostat feature!!

Heat is fine, but fake fire doesn't look that great. Keeping anyway for sunroom.

I am loving it! I wanted to get an electric fireplace that looked more realistic and this one looked like the best quality and had the best reviews for what I was looking for. I’m really happy with it! It was easy to install, looks great, and functions well for what I need.

Great price, very good value on a quality product. Was very difficult to get the front glass off the place the crystals that help simulate the flickering flame. Called the 800 number and the associate was very pleasant and simply said it's hard to get the glass front off. Just keep trying buy lifting up and away from the front. And eventually it did come off. Actually went back on without as much effort. Looks great and works great.

Nice, you can change colors, heat works well. Not a bad price but flame is kinda cheesy. I bought a cheaper unit with a better flame for my front room. It's was 10 inches smaller but $100 cheaper . Still.not bad it's cozy the wife liked her Xmas it so much she said when we get more money she wanted another one so I ordered a different one for the front room. It's not too thick install was easy bracket was included.

This product is not as advertised- it does NOT hook up with your Alexa or smart home app. The fireplace was also not as easy to set up with the app as it could have been- the instructions were unclear but after about 15 mins I managed to figure out set up- but spent probably another hour attempting Alexa connection with no luck.The dimensions listed in this listing were off versus the actual product- so when it took almost 2 weeks to arrive- we had already built the frame and expected the numbers to be accurate . I will say it looks decent for an electric fireplace- but we will be returning for the sole fact I wanted to integrate this with my smart home easily, versus using ANOTHER app, yet again.Totally fine product if you get accurate dimensions & are fine with app/remote/ manual use.

I love it! It was easy to install and just looks amazing. The lighting adjusts to your liking, the heat output is soft and functional. Build is sturdy and the color works well in any area.Definitely a wonderful piece.
