Application Tips
- Always ensure your burr shank is well inserted into your collet andclamped down tightly.
- Wear an eye mask to protect your eyes from filings.
- Ensure the appropriate Air Tool is used and that it is regularly maintained.
- Check that the bur is running true in the Air Tool before use.
- Generally, the minimum grip depth is 2 / 3 of the length of the handle (not suitable for long handle rotary files).
- Run extra long burs at slower speed, do not exceed 15,000 RPM.
- Use a smooth cutting action with constant movement.
- Use light pressure, let the bur do the work.
- Keep out reach of children.

La fresa llegó a tiempo y sin problemas. La utilizo con una pulidora lateral (die grender) Dewalt de batería para pulir espacios internos en puertas al realizar instalaciones. Tiene un filo excelente y desbasta sin problemas. Solamente se debe tener la máquina muy fuerte ya que por el largo puede ser bastante inestable con este tipo de herramienta y dar brincos inesperados. Muy recomendado el producto.

I was afraid I might be buying junk, but was pleasantly surprised! I needed to remove the flash from inside some square steel tubing and it worked great; cut like a bear. Arrived fast - 2 days, so I've already used it am all ready for Monday. Don't be afraid to buy this tool.

Used this to port and polish some cast iron Chevy 454 heads. Bought two thinking they wouldn’t last long. Completed both heads, only used one burr, and it doesn’t even show any wear. These things work a lot better than expected for Chinesium burrs!
