8-pc 1/4" Shank Double Cut Tungsten Carbide Burr Set

User Tips:
1.Wear protective gear when using
2.Keep out reach of children
3.Do not press the tool, let the burr do the work.
4.When grind weld and hardened steel, output of 300-500 watts tools will be recommended.
5.Run long burrs at slower speed, do not exceed 15,000 RPM
6.For beginners, please start with a smaller diameter burr to practice holding the tool firm with constant movement.

I’m extremely impressed with the durability and speed of these bits. I ran one in mild steel for at least 15 minutes of continuous grinding and it still looks like new. I haven’t been this impressed with the performance to cost ratio of a tool in a long time.

They work just fine just make sure you chuck them in all the way or they might get caught in a hole and bend.. otherwise they work fine

This set comes with a good selection of bits. However, my son has been using them for small woodworking and one has already bent and become worthless after 3 uses. I’m not sure how the rest will hold up.

I am a beginning carver and of course took on one of the more difficult pieces to start with. Lots of lettering and raised lettering which turned out to be a lot more difficult than I had assumed. Really hard to carve blank spaces in lettering so I thought I would try a dremel to get at those smaller areas. This Rotary Burr Set turned out to be an ideal set for my 1st attempt. If I were to do it again I would probably go with relief carving. The sign I am making is 9 1/2 inches by 30 inches long so it involves a lot of carving. Thank goodness I'm in no hurry. Happy with this purchase, a good set for a beginner carver.
