I needed to shape some custom spacers using 8”x8”x1/2” aluminum scrap. These did what I needed them to without dulling.

On a die grinder, this bit will DECIMATE wood with very little effort. For cutting, or grinding, this thing is amazing. Just bear in mind that it will also decimate everything else it touches, including cutting gloves, so be careful.

Great quality. Unfortunately, it's much more aggressive than I expected. Live and learn purchase. Can't blame the product in any way. Too much for cleaning up after a chain drilled cutout which is what I purchased it for. Very sharp and dosent load up with aluminum.

This cuts aluminium with an air grinder like it was butter (Well almost anyhow). Be sure to wear gloves and safety glasses as there are tons of small aluminium pieces flying about. Sweeping up the left over shavings is advisable as they will remind you that they should have later when they inbed into your skin.

I think you guys make quality bits i just got a dud. Take a look at the photos. Just reaching out to customer support in hopes of fixing this one. Within 2 seconds of use the flanges exploded/sheered and hit my safety glasses. Would love to send it back and get the same bit. Having used a lot of these style in the past i know better than to keep using one with a potential defect. No biggie. Just a replacement. Look forward to hearing from you.Edit: Thanks Yufutol! Responded within 24 hours and are sending me a replacement bit. Definitely a 1-off dud. No one that spends the time making tungsten carbides is going to do so without some hefty QC. Metal on metal and not a high grade industrial application bit is going to encounter issues at time. Appreciate the support guys.
