Your cart is empty.Black Hawk Abrasives Cylinder with End Cut Carbide Bur, Double Cut with 1/4" Shank is designed for vibration-free precision cutting, fast stock removal, and long useable life. These carbide rotary burrs feature precision ground flutes cut from premium tungsten carbide using five axis CNC machines. The flutes are affixed to the 1/4” shank during a soldering and sintering process that uses silver, which preserves the cobalt content thus increasing each burrs lateral strength and durability. These die grinder bits are SB end cut cylinder shape with double cut teeth. SB Cylinder end cut burs can be used for a wide variety of applications but excel at interior contouring, face milling, and peripheral milling, especially in confined, hard to reach areas. Double cut means the flutes are cross-cut which creates smaller chips resulting in faster cutting, superior operator control, and reduced loading. Double cut rotary files like these are the ideal choice for harder materials such as steel, stainless steel, or ferrous metals as well as titanium, nickel, fiberglass, plastic, and hard rubber. These tungsten carbide burrs with 1/4-inch shank diameter attach to pencil grinders, die grinders or rotary grinders (electric or pneumatic).

Had to remove a fractured drill bit inside a fractured bolt inside a lawn mower crankshaft. It was the only thing that worked. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Bought it because of a YouTube video. Spent ~$60 in tungsten, cobalt, titanium drills - trying to drill a broken screw extractor. Nothing worked. Everyone told me what the solution was, tried everything. Nothing worked. Searched YouTube, saw a guy that had the same problem and bought almost all the same things I did, explaining that none of it worked. Then he referenced this tool, I thought it was impossible for a deburring tool. I bought it anyways, might as well at this point. Tried drilling straight into it, took about 2-3 minutes and done. After of course, drill and tap for a bigger screw, but this little tools sharpness was brutally efficient.Definitely, recommend!

Needed something to put in my regular power drill to try to widen the diameter in a mount for my old Triumph's clutch slave cylinder. Tried other bits & it was clear I was going to be boring that hole out until I was 90. This one took about 3 minutes. Shaved that metal cylinder like it was buttah. Problem solved.Update: Amazon has apparently refunded my money for this purchase, under the impression that the shipment was lost. On the contrary. It was received promptly. I hate to say no to money, but not only was this product received on time, but it worked great!
