These were the perfect size for my windows. The picture is a bit misleading, though, as it only shows one in the image. However, there are actually quite a few that come in the package.

While trying to remove my kitchen window, I discovered one of the kitchen window Sash Balance Clips would not pull up. After a lot of time trying to pull it out, it suddenly came flying out after it apparently broke off on the inside.I didn't even know what it was called at the time and googled for what it was. Once I found out the name, this bag of clips came right up on Amazon. I was skeptical it was the right size, but for the price, I tried it. It fit perfectly and I now have a working Sash balance clip again so I can lock the channel in to remove my kitchen window. It's really amazing that amazon carries such obscure items.

Simple little device helps to keep the springs in place while the window pane gets installed. 5 minute job and I am happy that the window operates as it should. Hopefully I won't need all the extra pieces in the bag but nice to know I have spares.

If you have sash windows and want to remove the sliding piece, these clips are critical. Unfortunately, they are easy to break if you don't remember how to flip them out. I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find replacement clips were available...and at a reasonable cost.
