My windows are starting to slide open no matter what I do, and aside from a safety concern, this creates drafts bringing a ton of air in. When really cold weather started coming in, I bought these as a way to keep windows closed securely without having to replace all of my windows. They have worked perfectly, and while one box came that had obviously previously been returned damaged, I had no problems returning that for a full refund. Those that came as they were supposed to worked exactly as I’d hoped!

I like to leave my window cracked sometimes at night but I hate to leave the window just totally unlocked while I’m sleeping, so these work great for us

I live in a ground floor condo in an urban environment and did not feel fully safe leaving my patio door or my bedroom/kitchen windows cracked for air. These are solid, easy to work with and did the job perfectly. I can definitely recommend these.

Excellent security bars. Solid material and the bars are easily extended and locked in place. We use them in our sliding porch doors. So effective, it even blocks us from opening the door when we forget to remove it first!
