⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've been using the RainPoint WiFi Timer for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The setup with the app was incredibly straightforward, allowing me to schedule watering times effortlessly. The manual control option is perfect for those spontaneous watering sessions or adjustments. Sharing the timer with my wife was seamless, making it a breeze for both of us to manage our garden's watering needs.The automation features are a game-changer. The rain delay function is fantastic, saving us water and ensuring we don’t overwater when nature’s already taking care of it. The low-temperature rain delay is equally impressive, preventing watering during cold spells which is perfect for our plants' health.If RainPoint could add an option for a 3-hose or 4-hose model, it would be even more phenomenal! Overall, this is a highly recommended product for anyone looking to simplify and enhance their garden watering system.

I bought this a few months back and used it to automatically irrigate my vegetable garden all summer long.Set up was easy. I've had a different brand in the past where I had connection issues whenever software updated. This was much better, I got it working once, and it just continued working, no hassle.I'd love if this had a way to interface with a weather report or otherwise automatically stop watering during times of rain...but it also was very easy to just hit a button on my phone that would pause it for up to 3 days.Basically it worked perfectly all summer long, no leaks and no hassle. Then, the day I was going to take it down for the winter, it got bumped by a soccer ball and the plastic connection at the top (where it connects via a metal sleave to the water supply) snapped right off. Happily I managed to not scream curse words out loud as my young child was standing right there. Anyway, I went online looking for a replacement part to see if I could fix it. I couldn't find anything so I emailed the manufacturer. And, to my surprise, they answered me within about 2 hours (on a Sunday) and offered to send me a new one, no questions asked (well, they asked for the lot number and a photo). In under a week they'd shipped me a brand new unit (no cost to me).I'm sure I wouldn't have taken the time to do a review, but given the excellent customer service I got, I thought they deserved some credit. I'll certainly shop with them again when I need something else.

Bought this to irrigate my lawn without having to manually open tap, run sprinkler and then close it. First time install was straightforward! Being an smart home enthusiast, I integrated it into Home Assistant. I did run into an issue regarding entities appearing in HA but the support team is proactively helping me resolve this. Quick and timely support with great documentation and handholding.I'll post an update after I complete the support process. So far, very pleased!Update:After interacting with the support team they informed me that they will not do any further actions to resolve the issue with Home Assistant compatibility. There are missing entities in being able to control the sprinkler from Home Assistant. You are only able to control the smart switch on the hub. Without the automation, I decided to return the product and purchase the B-Hyve sprinkler instead that already supports Home Assistant.If you don’t mind using the Rainpoint app then this is ok but if wanting to intergrate with existing smart home, rather get a system that works for Home Aasistant.
