El lanzador es de buena calidad y cumple su función pero las pelotas son de muy mala calidad y duran muy poco, mi perro las rompió en menos de una semana.

Read the cautions very carefully. I sent back because you can’t use wet or dirty balls. What do you think? Happens with dogs when they catch the balls in their mouth? They get wet, slimy and dirty. So I’m pretty sure this would not last very long.

I don’t normally write reviews. Machine was fully charged. I used the balls that were provided with the launcher and they did not launch at all on the first two settings. When I tried the 40 foot setting balls only launched 6-8 feet.After many unsuccessful tries to get it to function properly I ended up throwing machine in the garbage.

I normally never write reviews for items or sellers, but for a handful of extraordinary instances...and this is one of them...I just gave it to my mastiff today for Christmas, and she finally stopped playing with it after almost 4 hours...the battery lasted all day of consisten use, and shoots far on the long setting...you could use it inside on the short or medium setting as it shoots relatively slow so it's not dangerous if it hits your pup...my mastiff kept trying to catch the ball out of the launcher lol...I can't speak to durability or longevity, but as far as money for value I already got my 85 bucks or whatever it was back just having her love it for Christmas...highly recommended...I suggest ordering another set of balls as normal tennis balls are too large...final note...I had read reviews stating the unit was loud, but mine is very quiet, and only runs for about 3 seconds once the motion detector senses the ball and the wheels spin up to shoot it...at least speaking for the unit I received, it's very quiet

I think this item is a great idea! My dog learned to use it herself after about a week and a half!But about 4 weeks later the laucher was not working as well, the distance was much shorter. It seemed to be only launching about 10 to 20 feet. I specificaly purchased it because of the 40' distance. I would clean out any residue everyday and recharge it daily. I am disappointed especially because of what I paid for it, I would expect it to have lasted much longer. She really enjoyed it when she had to run further for the ball. And yes, I used the balls that came with it. I would not purchase this brand again.

My pug, Joe, is obsessed with his tennis balls. Every month he receives 4 new 1.25 new balls via Amazon’s subscribe and save. I bought this machine to give it a try. As much as Joe likes me putting the balls in the machine, he needs to learn; I am going to teach him to put the balls into the machine himself. Though the machine needs the 2.0 size balls, Joe has grown up with 1.25 size and is obsessed with that size. (1.25 size tennis balls are the perfect size for a pugs mouth.) I put both sizes into the machine; the 2.0 fly the furthest, but it does shoot out his 1.25 balls just not as far.Special note: I think this is a great machine, but since the balls fly out so fast, I am a little confused about the objective of this machine. Dogs do not catch balls and immediately drop it, but that is the only way for this machine to be effective.Based on my experience so far, the company should consider adding another feature allowing for how fast or slow the balls come out.Because there is no way to regular the speed of balls coming out, I am not sure (for the price) if I will keep it.

Como es para Mascotas pequeñas , se asustan con el ruido que hace para lanzar la pelota y no quieren si acercarse para depositar la pelota. Algo importante a considerar antes de comprar y que no se indica asi es que si lo devuelves los costos de importación te los restan , para mi pocoMas de 300 pesos que no me devolverán, lleva 10 dias mi devolución y aun no me regresan mi dinero

Tengo un Pomerania de 5 meses y le cuesta jugar, quizás después de muchos días de intento siga la pelota y después de meses aprenda solita a meterla en el agujero. La pelota le quedo un poquito grande y por eso creo que le cansa la mandíbula y prefiere jugar con sus peluches con ellos si va y lo los trae.La calidad del productos le doy un 7 y estaría mejor que fuera de batería recargable ya que tiene que estar conectado a la corriente al menos que compres varias pilas.
