HOW TO USE
1. Press the button to turn on.
(NOTE: Don't put the ball into the launcher before turn on.)
2. Press the button to choose the distance.
3. Put the ball into the launcher, the sensor will detect the entry of the ball and automatically launch the ball.
(NOTE: only one ball can be put in at a time.)
4. Press the button for about 3 seconds to turn off.
OTHER NOTES:
- Please use our original or similar 2 inch tennis ball.
- Do not use the standard 2.5 inch tennis ball.
- Do not use hard and smooth rubber ball.
- Do not use wet, dirty or broken tennis ball.

worked great for a while. i realize i have a dog who uses this alot but feel like it should last longer than 3 months for the price i paid. Only cloth type balls seem to work and cloth = wet balls. Feel like the wet balls may have shortened lifespan. Not sure. motor seems to work but mechanism to shoot does not.

My dogs loved it but I was use it indoors. Once dirt gets inside of it it breaks. Nice colors. Entertained my dog for hours. Had to sit out there with him tho bc he would stand right infront of it and try to catch the ball immediately. I was scared it’d get lodged in his throat. It was easy to teach him to put the ball in himself. Good value for money. Balls bounce far.

My dog loves ball launching every day, and when his doggo buddies come over to play they love chasing balls from this launcher. I've spent thousands of dollars on different toys for my dog, and this ball launcher and the squeaky tennis balls it launches are definitely his favorite.

I have a small breed dog. She only used this product for a total of two days for a few minutes each time and then this toy stopped working. It was very disappointing considering the cost of the machine. I chose this machine over others because of the price, but at this point it was not worth the wait and return. Do not purchase this item even though it has a cheaper price point, it's not worth it.

I’ve always played ball with our Shih Tzu so we decided to give this a try. He gets so excited when he sees me plugging it in. I cannot get him to drop it in (which surprised me) but he seems to like the interaction with me. Works great!

Let me start by saying this product seems very sturdy and good quality. I want to love it but I’m having no luck training my dog to drop the ball in the hole. I really wish there was and attachment that fed the balls to the machine. Most likely will be returning.

MARCH 2023: It broke. One of the inside wheels snapped. After almost daily use TRYING to get my dog to put it in herself (stubborn bitch) She kept putting it back into the out-hole which won't work.SEPTEMBER 2022: Had to exchange the 1st one but 2nd one is amazing! My nonstop Maltipoo puppy is starting to put the ball in on her own and she loves it. Gets so excited when she hears it rev up. Its been a lot of training but its worth it.
