This is an awesome toy! So easy to use and the ball goes quite a distance! Easy to pick up the ball with the launcher.We have 2 dogs so we bought an additional ball, highly recommend at least 1 ball per dog to prevent fighting over the ball.Highly recommend this toy!:)

The ball of XL size is supposed to be robust, I was expecting the rubber to be thicker.Obviously, a larger size dog has a stronger bite!It lasted just 1 bite for my Doberman to destroy it completely.For this price unexpected and disappointing!

The Chuckit Sport 26L Dog Ball Launcher has been a game-changer for my large dog! My 80-pound Labrador loves to play fetch, and this launcher makes it so much easier and more enjoyable for both of us.The 26” length gives me the leverage to throw the ball much farther than I could by hand, which really helps burn off my dog’s energy. The included large ball (3”) is the perfect size for big dogs, and I appreciate that it’s made from durable rubber, so it withstands a lot of chewing and rough play.What I really love is that the launcher is so lightweight and easy to use. I can play fetch with my dog for extended periods without my arm getting tired. The ergonomic handle also provides a comfortable grip, which is a nice touch.If you have a large, active dog, the Chuckit Sport 26L is a must-have. It’s well-made, durable, and makes fetch more fun for both you and your dog. Highly recommend!

This is actually the second ball launcher I have purchased. On a day when my brain was out-to-lunch, I purchased a 2.5in Chuck-It ball set; it was way too small, so it was gifted to my niece dog. Even though the 3.5in ball version is recommended for dogs over 100lbs, my 70+ pound Doberman needed this larger size.This ball launcher takes a bit of getting. used to, but it is really helpful for those of us who are not MLB pitchers! The launcher itself is a sturdy plastic that is not brittle yet not soft; when the ball is launched there is no destructive bending in the shaft. The handle is padded and ergonomically sound while the cup end cradles the ball but has cut-outs on each side for easy loading and unloading of the ball. It did take a bit of practice for me to get the hang of it, but for my husband and son it was much easier. The launcher works well to help us older, non-gifted athletes launch the ball farther and faster while saving the shoulder, elbow, and wrist (important if there is any arthritis). The ball fits nicely into the cup and releases easily. I have chosen to use a 3.0inch ball for the simple reason it is easier on my hands. The problem we have is for some reason our dog will simply not relinquish the Chuck-It ball! He even tries to get the extra ball in his mouth, now remember these are 3.5in balls! (We have found if we have a second ball loaded and ready to throw, he more willingly puts down the ball he has just retrieved...not the case with the Chuck-It ball). No matter who throws, how hard we try, how long we try-he refuses to release the ball. To solve the problem we just do not use the Chuck-It ball.I have just discovered another great use for the launcher. While recovering from cataract surgery, I was not allowed to bend over at the waist. I can squat easily, but at some point the body automatically begins to bend at the waist. That restriction limited playtime with my 4 legged friend. Enter the Chuck-It ball launcher! Once he drops the ball (the substitute 3.0in ball), using my foot I can scoop the ball up into the cup of the launcher and voila', "Play Ball"! All in all (my dog's uncooperative stance not withstanding), this has been a great dog toy.Top 3 Likes:-Easy to use-Relieves strain on wrists, elbow, and shoulder-Helps drive the ball farther and fasterTop 3 Dislikes:-Not a problem with the product, but for us the ball is unusable and superfluous at this time-There is a mild worry that with time the launcher may snap-Only two dislikes!

Our Lab LOVES everything about this thing! Recommend getting extra durable balls as the 1 included fell apart in 1 hour. I have a very energetic Lab retriever that we have to force to stop playing ball so he does not overheat. That & the force with which you can throw this ball did not help keeping it from splitting it in 2 in less than 1 hour.This is worth the money for the extra throwing power & distance but do invest in the ULTRA strong ball for dogs like retrievers! Also, be sure to order the correct SIZE OF BALL, specific to each different size of throwing wand.My fav thing about this item is #1 the joy my dog gets from the new challenge of racing to catch longer throws, & #2 I don't have to get my hands covered in dog slobber!!He has gotten to where he can almost put it in the cup himself so I won't waste time throwing the ball again!Man, I love that dog!!! ❤️

Scrivo raramente recensioni a questo gioco è favoloso, sono sicuro che la palla durerà pochissimo, ma chi se ne frega ne compriamo altre, non ho mai visto il mio cane correre così tanto.Credo sia l unico gioco che ti permetta di non sporcarti le mani.L abbiamo trovato davvero favoloso nella sua semplicità , io riesco a sfruttarlo al max xchè ho un area sgambamento lunga circa 250 mt, proprio sotto casa, cane libero e quasi sempre soli in alcuni orari e con un lancio riesco a coprirla x intero.All inizio credevo che la pallina xl fosse stata scelta errata xchè non è semplice da trovare come una classica pallina da tennis, ma mi sono ricreduto anche su questo particolare , xchè dato la grandezza è semplice da ritrovare se si perde tra cespugli o erba alta.In conclusione ...Prodotto straconsigliato !!!

Helpful for throwing as much as my dog wants to fetch. I actually had to get a cortisone injection in my shoulder a few months after getting my dog - never had a dog with this much energy before! The Chuckit really helps.Downside: The ball that comes with it is larger than a tennis ball, so may be too much for smaller doge. I can't imagine my sister-in-law's french bulldog carrying it! Also, in our house it gets destroyed within minutes, as my dog is a strong chewer. For this situation, I recommend using the KONG Extreme Dog Toy, Black, size Large. This is shaped sort of like a snowman, which means it bounces unpredictably at times. My dog eventually chews the "head" off of this toy, but the remaining 2/3 still fits in the Chuckit (and is actually easier to throw with the "head" missing!). One caveat: the KONG is significantly heavier than the ball included with the Chuckit, so be aware of that...Also, we ordered our first Chickit in October 2015, then needed to replace it in May of 2017, as it broke. I think the plastic became brittle over that time, as we left it out in the sun & rain in Florida. Since it is cheap to replace, that's not a big deal. (We ordered three Kong toys over that same period of time!)To summarize, it's a very helpful tool to get the ball further, faster, with less strain, than without it. Knowing there are alternatives to the included ball for heavy chewers makes it worthwhile.
