Great gadget! Hours of fun with dogs. Only ordered a new one as I left the original outside for a long time and the plastic became brittle. My fault not Chuckit's

For some reason I found it difficult to use. I have bought cheaper and longer versions that I found much easier to use and propell the balls. I found it difficult to get a really good "throw" with it. Perhaps there's a nack to it ....but I don't have it !And Milo ( European Line Doberman) destroyed the enclosed balls in a day.

Not even an hour and the ball snaps in half!Supposed to be indestructible but that was a lie!For the price paid! Do not waste your money!Love from Theo The labrador!

Not had this long and I was enjoying using the 'extra' arm. However when I laid it down on the ground and my dog happened to want to play he stepped on it and ..... broke as in the picture.... Gutted... I just want to show that everything is vulnerable. Its a good tool to play with the dog and will give a fair rating to reflect its use.* Nice to see that the Customer Care is just as rubbish also. Not happy for paying £20 for a piece of broken plastic!.... Useless
