Didn’t hate it- catapults the ball varying distances but then stopped threading the ball after a few min. Would have considered an exchange but it’s so loud! My dogs were terrified:)

Mayb my fault for not lookig at ball dimentions but the picture had a full size dog that had a full size tennis ball in mouth. when i recieved it my dissapointment , the ball was the size of a golf ball, good for my yorkie but not the other 2 bigger girls, looked like a choke hazard to me. also was way loud, scared my girls.

I think this is great for folks who may struggle to throw a ball for their pup. It is a fairly compact ball launcher and includes both a plug in power and battery compartment. This thing can really fling those tiny tennis balls, though. Honestly it is a bit too powerful for indoor use — it’s great that you can plug it in but maybe only good for a backyard use scenario. I haven’t needed to try with batteries but I suspect it’ll burn through them relatively quickly. Wish I could say for sure but I didn’t want to test it out and spend the batteries. My one complaint is the noise. It’s loud.If you can throw a ball, I’d say skip this one. If you struggle for whatever reason, this may work well for you and your pup.

I was so excited to open this box. I have a dog that is relentless with her game of fetch. I knew from the description the balls were small… I guess I didn’t realize they would be that tiny (like the size of a golf ball) but no biggie. Plug and play action. I plugged it in and shot my first ball off in the living room - not advised by the way- this little guy packs a punch!!! We took it outside and dropped in the balls and adjusted to the lowest setting. Even at the lowest setting that ball shot across the yard. My chicken dog was instantly afraid of the popping noise when the ball is launched so she would bring the balls to me and I would drop them into the shoot on top of the unit. We played for no more than 10 minutes before the balls I dropped inside refused to launch without a little nudge by sticking a stick inside. I’m actually pretty relieved my pup is afraid because if she was standing in front of that machine waiting for it to shoot out that ball, she could get hurt. I’m sure that’s true of any of these ball shooting things. She’s just not smart enough to move out of the way. Overall a super cool machine- I wish I would have thought of it- but it doesn’t work all the time and I don’t feel safe to leave my baby outside to play with it alone. I might as well just throw the ball myself.

I bought this for my very energetic corgi who loves mini tennis balls and now it is her new favorite thing. She gets so excited when I just click the launcher on. The launcher was perfect to get all her energy out within less then 10 minutes my smaller apartment. The machine itself is light and not as loud as I had thought it was going to be. The ball launched pretty far too. She loves it!

We have 4 dogs...2 under the age of 1, 1 that just turned 1 year old and one that is 14 years old. 2 labs and 2 Australian shepherds. We were expecting the 1 year old Australian shepherd to love this toy because he absolutely LOVES fetching. What we didn't expect was our 14 year old lab with really bad hips to enjoy it so much! Along with us adults watching the dogs have so much fun. Very entertaining for humans and dogs. Now I just need to get more of the mini tennis balls AND train the dogs to bring the balls back and drop into the launcher.
