We recently purchased the Uahpet iRetriever Automatic Dog Ball Launcher and are excited to share our experience with this amazing product. It's super easy to set up and came fully charged, ready for immediate use. The adjustable distance settings are fantastic, allowing us to customize it for use at the park, in our backyard, or indoors. The ball itself is soft, durable, and safe for our dog, and we appreciate that it doesn't bounce, preventing it from rolling into the street or a neighbor’s yard. The obstacle detection feature, which adds an extra layer of safety for our pet. Our dog absolutely loves it, he patiently waits every time we bring it out. An fun product for all dogs!

This ball thrower amazed me! I have 2 dogs and got it for my girl dog, but my boy dog who never really liked ball has fallen in love which is great because he needs exercise and this is a great way for him to get mental stimulation which everyone says is so important but all I see is fun!Pros:- Easy Set-up, an included PRINTED instruction manual even tho it’s an easy set up it is nice to have a printed instruction, the unit has rechargeable battery so it is portable and you are not tied to an outlet, it comes with 4 balls, replacement or additional balls are reasonably priced (we bought 4 extras but it came with 4), you can set it to throw random directions, 3 different distances, it detects if your dog is right in front of it, my dog learned super quick and the no soft noises the unit makes builds excitement for the dog.Cons: it only works with their balls and I’m a little concerned when they will hold up. My dogs aren’t huge chewers but some of their friends are so I’ll have to keep an eye on the balls. But the price of the balls is reasonable. I just suggest supervised play and picking up the balls when not playing. The balls are squishy not tennis ball. The light for charging is really small and I wasn’t sure it was working - but I had another device recently just like this with a teeny tiny light so I shielded it with my hands and then could see the status colors. So don’t think your unit status charging light is broken!!Overall: Definitely a thumbs up! Quality product. It is very well made, feels durable and both my dogs love it including my dog who never liked playing ball!

This product is so fun for our German Shepherds. Its a great work out for them! There is different settings for all breeds of dogs! The different launch settings are great. You can shot it close range 15-20 ft and farther. Ball quality is good and easy to clean! Love the safety feature is a great touch to protect the dogs. The customer service of Uahpet was also so nice to talk to! The product is very easy to use, portable and easy to store.

Bought this product for my dog. Worked great out of the box. 48 hours later, stopped working. Now I have to make phone calls, emails and/or return product. I have others things to do with my time. This was a waste of my time buying this product. Just throw the ball for your dog. You’ll be disappointed like I am.

My dog absolutely loves this. He loves playing fetch but my arms get tired throwing. This is great for the both of us. It shoots far and is safe to use. I don’t have to worry about the ball accidentally hitting him in the face because the sensors can detect where he is and will not shoot if he is standing in the way.This is a high quality ball shooter and the rechargeable battery lasts a long time. Unlike other automatic ball shooters that only shoot straight, this one launches at different angles which makes it more fun for your dog because it has them guessing which way the ball is going to be thrown.
