I really like the ball launcher, but within 30 days, one of the wheels became visibly off-axis and stopped spinning. I've taken it apart, but there's nothing in the way of adjustment to fix it. The wheel can be forced back into position, but the fix will only last 1 or 2 launches until it just repeats the problem. The launcher works just fine when working, but I would clearly hope that it would do so for more than 30 days, especially when it's not being used very much.

This is really fun, and throws the ball pretty far. My dog loves it. I love that it has a remote control. Or you can use the sensor feature, so your dog can drop the ball in and it will shoot out of the thrower immediately. Endless fun for doggies!!!!

Returned right away.. the only thing that has metal is maybe the cord.(even that i qustion). even the wheels that propel the balls are hard foam. The balls are made of a light hard foam.. machine will NOT use normal 2.5 balls.. leaving you at their pricing for replacements.. and dogs would destroy those balls...(unless you want it to shoot 3 feet) plus 80 ft my A$$..these maybe went 40 and that was a breeze behind it. And a good roll. don't waste your money.. this thing would prob work for like 2 months at which the warranty would expire

My dog is a Terrier mix, so smaller side. These balls are a little big for him but just right amount of soft and durable for him to still get in his mouth to play. They bounce nicely as well. Scrappy loves fetch!

Got these for my Husky's because they are chewers and love balls. They love them and so far have lasted perfectly when most balls last a few minutes! Would recommend if you are looking for a long lasting ball that's not rock hard! The material makes it so much better!

Launches the ball well. My girl picked up on it quick. Easy to use. Easy to carry. It does scare one of my other dogs due to the noise.

I received the 4 pack of balls 2 days ago. My beagle is crazy for a game of fetch. She absolutely loves these balls! They're nice and squishy and easy for even my younger puppy to hold in her mouth. So far, they are indestructible, as described. They are a lightweight material that is easy to throw. They are the size of tennis balls but not the same material as a tennis ball.

Doesn't work as expected. Taught my boy how to put it in the shooter. He slobbersWhen the ball is wet. The ball will not shoot out. Have to wipe the inside of machine down and the ball down. 🥴🥴🥴Was hoping it was gonna be self entertaining.
