This had made life with cats sooooo much better!! I adopted 3 feral cats, and well, accidents happen. This machine cleans up their little messes easily. Great suction power, lightweight, amd easy to clean. Would definitely buy again.

I would've liked to give a better review, but unfortunately the tank for the squirter has completely broken.After an hour of use, I refilled the container. I had only filled it to the minimum line and needed to top up. I noticed some of the cracks while refilling, but hoped it might last me until I completed the job.Unfortunately the bottom of the tank fell clean off, but I was able to finish cleaning using a spray bottle.Besides that, the machine does actually work well. Suction is good. Would be good value if the tank didn't break.

Works pretty good. The hose should last longer than my old spot bot as its made out of a different plastic. The spot bot had a clear vinyl hose with an embedded wire spiral to keep it from collapsing. That one was more flexible but split after a few years. This one is a corrugated plastic of some kind so its a little stiffer but not enough to pose an issue (I expected that but it shouldn't ever split). Cord and hose are good length and store well on the unit for easy transport. Easier to clean than the last one I had and has good suction. I would definitely buy again.

Great little carpet cleaner! The hose and cord are plenty long enough. The vacuum seems to work quite well in sucking up the laid down water simple to use. I like the tank has two different levels,depending on how big your area is. The cleaning solution suprised me due to the fact that you use only a small amount, which is great! Should last quite a while.Although I’ve only used it one time, I was quite impressed. It wraps up nicely.Some people have complained about the hose, not wrapping correctly, but I noticed if you wrap it around the base once before you hook it in the hose holder, the rest of the hose wrapped around an additional time and snaps nicely into the holder design for the handle and the brush.

I used it within 30 minutes...easy set up, use & storage. Worked perfectly on my couch. The grand spilled hot chocolate, her mama tried cleaning it. I plan on using it on my car seats. Great suction and great size/portability.

So far this this is outstanding. I was a bit concerned that the hose material seems a little cheap compared to my Shark cleaner, but the Shark hose got a split in it after just a few uses anyway.What I love is that it has a nice long hose. The Shark hose is short, making it very awkward for upholstery cleaning. The 6 foot hose gives lots of maneuverabity. Also, you don't have to pull the hose super tight to get into an awkward storage spot (like the Shark). Capacity it is much larger, hose is longer, suction is better, and its cheaper. I'll change my review if I end up having issues with it, but so far I highly recommend it.

Very impressed and happy with this! I was skeptical because I read a couple of reviews about the product leaking but mine did not leak at all and did a super job cleaning . Very easy to use, no louder than any shampooer I have owned. Easy to assemble. Very easy to clean after using. Worked perfectly. The suction was awesome and my carpets were left feeling dryer than any commercial shampooer that I’ve ever used. Easy to store great value for the money.I still had clean water when I needed to empty the dirty water and when I tipped it , the clean water did not leak a drop. I would definitely recommend this product.

Well, I received the product yesterday, read the manual and proceeded to set it up to use. All the parts seem to work except when it went to suck up the liquid from the carpet and run it to the dirty water container there was no dirt?? And the carpet was still dirty and it seem to move it around in a bigger area now?? Very weird it just took the clean water ran it through the hose sucked it up and the water in the dirty water container was perfectly clear and it’s supposed to be dirty. I also did not like, all the plastic parts, especially the ones for holding the electric cable. I contacted customer service, which is very bad, and he didn’t know what to do so he said return it. So I returned it!
