This thing is so nice! So far I’ve used it on area rugs one thick one and one super thin one, a very tight and tough to clean carpet and a typical carpet and it worked great on all of them. The only downside I’ve found is that it has a small dirty water tank so expect to empty it a lot. Not a big deal. What totally makes up for that minor inconvenience is how EASY it is to take apart the head and dirty tank to properly clean it between uses! It’s so quick and easy. Attaching some before and after of a couple jobs so you can see how great this thing works, these stains were set in I’ve had to use one of those rig doctor rentals and spot machines and neither did as well as my shark! I bought a refurbished one and it was in perfect condition, I think the only difference was it wasn’t in original packaging which I don’t mind.

I am beyond impressed with this carpet shampooer! It completely revived my old carpets, lifting stains I thought were permanent. It’s super easy to use, lightweight, and the suction power is amazing. My carpets dried quickly, and the fresh scent it leaves behind is a bonus. Shark nailed it with this one. Highly recommend!!!

I have had my Tiger Shark vacuum for 9 years and it still works great. I have several pets and was lucky if other brands would survive a year. So I wanted a Tiger Shark carpet cleaner. I have used it several times now and it works great. Easy to use and clean. Great product.

I have purchased several upright carpet cleaners over the past ten years, this unit outperforms all of them! Excellent suction, easy cleanup after use and impressive results. Only unit that allows one to remove components that can be cleaned of all that dog/cat hair! The unit does not use a trigger for solution application, but uses an automatic actuator located at bottom or machine that applies solution during the forward motion. This feature works well. Pulling machine backwards provides suction only. Another feature, is that there is a mode for suction only in the back and forth motion and helps remove moisture with great results. I recommend this model with no reservations.
