This machine is the best! It is easy to use, easy to clean and being so light it is easy on my hands and shoulders. Picked cat hair like a champ. Would definitely recommend even if you didn't have pets.

I've bought more then a few Bissets over the past 25 years - I like that it is easy to clean the machine- nobody EVER tells you how to clean the machine- only the carpet. What about the pet hair in the holding tank?? This one is easier - much easier to clean. Also the extension attachment for the sofa and the steps - much easier then the past. I would give it a 5 stars but nothing is perfect.

Update! The hose attachment has amazing suction although it will not spray wate! The water just pours out from where the hose attaches and I cannot figure out why!This is very nice and works great! It’s the size of my vacuum cleaner and not bulky like other ones! Very lightweight. Does run out of water quickly but overall I’m very pleased. The samples smell great as well! Super easy to use, cleaned my rugs quickly and very well!
