A pesar de ser muy pequeña, limpia las manchas a profundidad. No la recomiendo para espacios grandes, más bien para muebles o manchas difíciles.

I just bought the latest version of this after buying one from Bissell directly many years ago. I have had all the issues people have mentioned, but I have yet to find a portable spot cleaner that does a better job of cleaning carpets, upholstery, etc. The size of the dispenser tank, the dirty water reservoir, and the vacuum suction can not be beaten by any other cleaner, I have tried them all!One of the issues folks complain about is the clogging of the spray head. I have learned that the best way to use this cleaner is to only put PLAIN HOT WATER in the dispenser tank, do not put cleaning solution in it, unless you rinse it well after using solution, you are bound to get clogs. I simply apply cleaning solution from a spray bottle to the carpet, work it into the affected area with the brush on the Bissell unit while it is turned off, then turn it on to go back and forth over the area while applying the hot water, this technique is great, allows you to use multiple cleaners on different types of stains, then throughly clean and rinse the area.(ORIGINAL hose comment) The other big issue, and I have no idea why Bissell has not addressed this, is the fracture of the hose near the wand, it seems to happen to everyone, just a matter of time. I think it is mainly due to the stress put on it when wound up around the spool on the cleaner. Even this can be corrected fairly easily and inexpensively, buy a replacement hose kit, there are videos out there to show you step by step process and the replacement is usually available for a fraction of the cost of a whole new cleaner.**********(UPDATE on hose issue) I think Bissell has addressed the hose issue, in a positive way. The hose on the one I just received is no longer a clear hose with metal winding inside the hose, but a simple, soft, supple, opaque black plastic hose. Even though this may seem as if Bissell has cheapened the product, I think this hose is going to be more flexible, will last longer over time, not become brittle and break like old hose design, time will tell!**********My last recommendation, try to get this cleaner as inexpensively as possible, I bought my recent one from Amazon Resale, just make sure you get one that is in Like New or Very Good condition.Hope this helped if you were on the fence on buying this unit. Buy it, follow my guidance and you will be amazed at what it can do!

This vacuum absolutely worth every penny! I’ve used it on my couch, mattress, and chairs, and it consistently delivers amazing results. Whether you're dealing with pet messes, spills, or general dirt buildup, this cleaner tackles it all with ease. The suction is strong enough to lift stubborn spots, and the design makes it convenient to move around the house. It’s also very easy to use, and the cleaning formula leaves fabrics fresh and looking like new. For pet owners or anyone looking for a versatile and effective cleaner for upholstery or carpets, the BISSELL SpotClean Pet Pro is a great investment!

Got it mainly for carpet stains. It's clearly working pulling stuff out, tank's full of brown water, but not well enough. This coffee stain was a couple months old admittedly but I was hoping it'd still have a decent chance to get it removed. Scrubbed it with soap and hot water numerous times working in solutions, letting it soak, agitating it, sucking away all liquid, rinse and repeating. It's much better but still clearly there on the carpet.Where it shines, though, is FRESH stains. My dog decided to devour a couple Kit-kats while I was at work and happened to come home right after the fact to catch her puking all over the rug, her bed, and the carpet. Bust out the wetvac and it cleaned them up perfectly. Zero indication of what just happened in all the spots. As far as I can tell it did a good job getting rid of scents too since she doesn't even go sniffing around the spots like she would other spills I previously just cleaned by soaking and drying up with rags and pressure. The vacuum is incredibly noisy, biggest drawback to this thing. It's deafening, I'd honestly recommend hearing protection if you intend to use this more than once a month. I worked in a steel factory and could get by with just some earbuds to dampen the huge presses slamming down but this thing left my ears ringing, affected my hearing afterwards for a couple hours making sounds seem muffled. Felt like I just got home from a concert. The machine's a lot of prep work and cleaning which is a pain. You need to fill the reservoir, add the solution, soak and agitate the stains (Which involves flicking the machine on to allow it to spray solution, then off again while you scrub vigorously.), then when its all done you need to run clean water through the system sucking it all up to clean the hose (Optional but highly recommended you don't want dirty water just sitting in a machine for potentially weeks or months!), then fiddling with the locking system for the tank to pop the top off and dump it all out and rinse a few times to get all the hair and gunk out. Not a very glamorous way to spend an afternoon, as cute as they try to make the machines look. As I said previously this works best when you act quickly on stains, so having it pre-filled almost seems necessary because every second counts and fiddling with the tank and its gasket making sure it's seated, filling everything, measuring out the solution, etc is all precious time wasted. All in all does the job well, but don't expect it to fix all your mistakes. On sale it's a steal- professional cleaners swear by the thing and use it regularly. Way better than having to soak my hands in urine sponging up a stain when my dog misses the pee pad when I'm at work, and no I'm not getting gloves I'll just rinse it off afterwards like a man, still gross though.
