Meet SUSTEE
SUSTEE is a modern, Japanese soil moisture sensor. The blue color indicates that there is enough water in the soil, and the while color indicate that plant is in need of watering. SUSTEE features a minimal aesthetic that doesn't take away from the beauty of your plants.

Color
Has your SUSTEE turned white? That means it is time to water! After watering, the white insert will change to a blue color. This indicates that there is enough water in the soil.
Soil
SUSTEE can be used with almost all plants that grow in soils with a certain level of moisture retention. This includes akadama soil, black earth, bark, coco peat, peat moss and vermiculite.
Insertion Depth
When inserting SUSTEE, please ensure that the Ω mark found on the stick is entirely covered. Please also make sure that the transpiration opening is visible if the stick is needing to go deeper.
Time
The time it takes to change color will depend on the amount of water given and the water retention level. When using SUSTEE for the first time, please water generously. The small stick takes approximately 3 minutes, the medium 15 minutes, and the large 25 minutes.

I loved these! Since I used them my plants are thriving. Normally I would water them at the same time and these helped me see each has different needs! So is super easy when the stick is white I water them. I Will recommend stick it near the stem. I’m going to buy the small ones for my smaller pots

I've used for two waterings so far and the meter works well and delivers a peace of mind. Accuracy feels spot on for now and the design compliments my snake plant rather than blend in. Love this product so far.

I don’t have a “green thumb” and was hoping these would help lol!This product tells you when the plant needs watered and that’s the main reason I purchased.But I will say, it takes a long time for it to register if you’ve “watered too much”. It also says that depending where the blue is, it means root rot or completely dry… but it takes 20 ish minutes for the blue to accurately tell you the amount of water. So I feel like this part of the device isn’t something people should rely on. I would tell people to only purchase this if they need something for easy knowing to water the plant, not to help with preventing root rot.I do like the product for being able to just look at my plants and seeing if it needs water or not… I just think these might be a tad expensive for just that feature. But overall, they do what I needed them to do.

I love that I can leave these in my houseplants 24/7 and easily see when they need watering. I used to water all of my plants on the same schedule when, of course, they didn't use water at the same rate. Now I can avoid over/under watering and my plants are much happier, and I am more confident in my green thumb (still evolving).

For me this thing worked for maybe two weeks, and even then, the "blue" signal is so slight that you could just take a 50-50 guess, and be as accurate. Eventually it just turns "white" (needs water) when its wet or not. What a waste.

Very fast shipping, especially during the holidays. The product feels and looks well made and it's very easy to use.I read a 1 star review for this product stating that after approximately the 6th month of use it quit working and the inside material disentigrated. Of course it did! That's exactly why they made them refillable! Some of these are made to be refilled after 6 to 9 months of use, the person even stated it worked great until..... So the product got a 1star review for literally doing what it was supposed to do.This is the first time I have used these and I am glad I bought them as I would of over watered my anthuriums.I waited a week just to see if it was worth buying more and I believe I will be buying these in a regular basis.

Easy to use and react quickly when the plant is watered. Colour change is easy to see. Not cheap but worth it to keep your plants healthy. Three sizes available, so you need to choose one depending on the size of your pot. Available in packs of 2s or 5s.

They are a great product that I attribute with how well my houseplants are doing... letting me know when I need to water has been wonderful taking the guesswork out of should I water once a week, once every other week?? I'm only rating 3 stars because my latest order arrived and one of the 5 sticks is not functional and I'm waiting to see if the company sends me a new filter to make it functional. Bottom line, the product is great but is the company selling them as well. I'll update my rating/review if/when I hear anything back.
