my plants are very happy with my purchase - now they don't have to gurgle from too much water or gasp from a lack of water - I had one of these before (different manufacturer) and it went kaput in no time - this one has held up beautifully and I would surely recommend it

The size of this shocked me as shown in the photo. It seems to work well and I learned all my plants are a bit too dry. Overall good value.

The moisture meter works and is sensitive to moisture, but you still need to feel the soil and verify the moisture level. It appears to be accurate, but for some soil types, the meter has trouble getting an accurate reading.
