The shower system is amazing however the led not working & must trouble shoot issue. Installation was pretty easy. Received in a timely manner too.

So i purchased 2 of these power units April 2024, finally got my project far enough along to do the install, installed unit number one, found 2 things, unlike other units I have purchased from other manufacturers, this one did not have a sharp enough angle to allow for proper clearance when mounted at the same height as the others, as a result had to mount 8" above the tile line. Not a good look, as a result the body jets are too high and the display is above eye level. Way above. Problem 2 the generator did not work so the pabel did not light up. We installed the second unit, I mean what are the odds that both came that way. Surprise the second unit did not light up. No contact seller option anywhere, not in my order details, not on the product page, not in the seller store 😑. Amazon did offer to reimburse me if I purchased a replacement generator myself. Problem is the one that came installed in the unit had now voltage output details. We decided to open the generator to see if we could spot the Problem, both unit generators were rusted and stuck. We paid $80 to have them cleaned, now they work just fine. Question is how long will they work before they rust again. This is a totally inferior product, with internal parts not designed to be in water without rusting, kind of defeats the purpose as water is supposed to flow through these things save yourself the headache and buy feom another manufacturer. Also the water pressure on the body jets is dismal, the shower however has great pressure. I buy and remodel houses for a living I have installed this type of shower units in every property since 2020, this was my first time using this manufacturer and my last. The other manufacturers the generator is brass, this one is plastic, first red flag. The blades in this is also plastic with a corrosive metal ring.SMH.

It bought this in last year March (2023) and those JETS never worked as advertised and showed in the marketing videos and pictures etc. BUT I ignored it because it was already installed by contractors and not an easy task to rip off everything again and ship it back to resellers.Today we were doing the cleanup of the washroom and it dropped on the floor NOT heavily or hard way etc. its now hand shower is broken in pieces as can be seen in the pictures. Obviously can't return it but extremely DISAPPOINTED and I will NEVER buy anything from these guys and I'll never recommend anyone to buy this at all. NOW I have to find the hand shower to replace with this unit!!! what a disappointment and pain to go through now.

I was please with the appearance and the performance of the products. I would like to purchase again if I am able to fix the lights. For some reason, I am not able to turn on the lights.

On peut presque se noyer en mode spay que j'adore LOL tout les modes sont puissant à part les jets de corps mais fait la jobLes lumières LED on été amélioré comparativement à celle que j'avais depuis quelques annéesEncore une fois le mode spray au dessus de la tête ça vaut le prix juste wow, bye je vais prendre ma douche lol

All setting work great and the pressure is nice. Easy set up if you know what you’re doing. However, we have not gotten the screen to work on ours yet. Unsure of what is wrong with it

Have to rave about this shower!! We love it. Everytime I use it it feels like the best shower ever. I use all sprays every shower in the evening with the LED light on and it’s so relaxing and makes you feel so clean! Thinking about replacing all the showers in our home with this.
