Had it for 7 months and is working perfectly. We are sure glad we purchased it and had it professionally installed. No issues there is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it great. Love the temperature feature lets you know what temperature you are stepping into

It's an amazing addition to my newly renovated shower. The flow of water is strong and makes me feel like I'm in a hotel for sure. Why I gave 4 stars is because it hold water stains because ..theeee.. it's stainless steel but that should be an easy fix. I highly recommend.

Bought in February of 2020, upon installation the temperature display stopped working almost immediately. Customer service (thank you, Oliver) was great!! sending a replacement. However, the cost of a plumber to come back to replace wasn’t worth the expense.Now, here in November, 2021, the hand-held sprayer has started spraying (leak) from the handle portion of the wand. Almost as though the plastic handle has a seam that sprung a leak. Knowing what I know now, and for the expense, I’d probably opt for another shower fixture.

This is extremely cheap and is an absolute waste of money. The hose for each function comes already connected, but while showering I’ve heard a “pop” then the water starts pouring from behind a the panel. This has happened three times. Once with the handheld function and twice with the rain shower function. I had a plumber install it initially and he fixed it the three times the hose connection disconnected. Don’t want to wait for a fourth time before I buy I new one...

Amazing!! High quality item, even came with white gloves I’m assuming to not leave finger prints on the stainless steel. Great value , I’m surprised it doesn’t cost more.

Bonjour, nous avons installé la tour de douche, et la cartouche pour le controle de la température de l'eau ne fonctionne pas, c'est soit eau bouillante ou eau froide, nous ne sommes pas capable d'avoir une eau tempérée, de plus le bouchon qui retient la cartouche vise dans le vide, l'eau sort par cet item.J'attends vos commentaires, merci

For the price pretty good and if you get 2 or 3 years service (looks like a lot more) you'll be money ahead over the big names like Kohler. You can buy 8 of these to their one with better versatility.

This panel made taking a shower so enjoyfull, is 1 of the panels that dont have a tub sput [since my tub is in the corner] and that has 2 jets, the heigth makes it where me, short person can just sit in a chair and shower with han held shower if i am in a rush. Husban is tall and the panel is high up so we dont need to mess with shower esxtension, the pressure is good jets are good, jets where position base on my heigth so 1 is in my waist, i recomend having glass doors since using the jets sends the water far.Panel has caulking so is firm and looks more custom. Rain shower head shoots straigh down so my upper shower walls dont get as much splashing keeps the watwr withing a perimeter opose to when we had the shower head extension; very happy.(may look a little thin but once is up is great)

According to the installation instruction, the bottom of the panel should be 20 inches from the floor. It is NOT true - because the top (shower head) appears at the breast level of a regular (5 ft 10 in.) person. The manufacturer should definitely keep a better eye at the adequacy of the product and the installation charts and instructions!I was running through hard times right in the middle of my remodeling, returning this panel and ordering another one, paying for faster shipping ($18).
