I like the unit but the LED system is a joke. It has not worked from day 1. The hand wand should have come with an o ring or washer on the inside fitting - it leaked and had to be taken down so an o ring could be installed to stop the leak.

So over all look of unit is nice but turned it on and the handheld shower head broke apart and then the temperature display panel will not work doesn’t even come on.

This was a great replacement in my shower. I really enjoy the multiple options when taking a shower. The blue lights didn't last long on the top, But everything else works great.

Très déçu.aussitot reçu et ouvert j'ai constater une grosse grafigne et il a u un impact qui a laissée un magnifique bosse .les plombiers arrivent samedi et même pas le temps de le retourner et en avoir un autre je suis très decu.jai reçu le.jeudi soir et les plombiers arrivent dans 2 jours

The shower doesn't work as expected. The timer and temperature panel only works when the water is intolerably hot; otherwise, it doesn't work. This shower is way too expensive to be this bad. So, don't purchase this item because it is a waste of your money.I got instead 78-LFT6001H 48.8'' Shower Panel from Wayfair and have had no problems. It is cheaper and works great!

When I purchased this product last year, there were no reviews. We got it installed as a part of our bathroom updates in July 2022. I recommended this product to a lot of friends but held back on writing a review becos I wanted to try the product before I write a review. I rely on reviews for a lot of my purchases and know that a lot of people do the same.My initial experience was great. But the faucet slowly started leaking and then one day the lights and the display stopped working. Now when I turn on the shower, there's a leak at the bottom. We checked with 2 different plumbers and they both confirmed that its the faucet and not the connection. Very disappointed. I was looking for a way to connect with the seller but don't see an option for it. Hoping to find a resolution for this. Its a beautiful piece but very disappointed with the result.

This is everything I dreamed it would be! It is so beautiful! It was just installed today, so I don't know how it will hold up long term like others have mentioned. I love the digital temp - it makes it so easy to know where you want the dial. No more struggling for the perfect setting. I just love everything about it.
